The Space

Casa Salita and Casita Langosta offer a tranquil retreat nestled in the lush jungle of Playa Langosta, just two blocks from the beach. Surrounded by exotic wildlife, this location provides a perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.

Casa Salita accommodates up to 9 guests with four bedrooms, while booking both homes side by side allows for up to 17 guests—ideal for families or larger groups. A gate separates the two properties to ensure privacy and comfort for all visitors. Whether you reserve one or both homes, you will enjoy your own peaceful and private space.

The main house features:

• Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom upstairs
• Mezzanine/loft area (open to the living room) offering either two single beds or one king bed
• Two downstairs bedrooms, each with a double bed, sharing a spacious full bathroom

Kitchen, Living Spaces, and Outdoor Areas

The interiors showcase earth tones and wood finishes throughout the fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining areas. Vibrant accents reflect the colorful Costa Rican culture.

After a day of exploration, unwind by the pool or enjoy a barbecue in the outdoor rancho, which includes a full-sized gas grill, fridge, and sink. Guests are welcome to pick limes from two varieties of lime trees when in season.

The wraparound patio offers jungle views from the sitting area, where you can relax poolside while observing monkeys and birds in their natural habitat. Two outdoor showers are available to refresh after a warm day.

Playa Langosta is a quiet residential neighborhood situated on a cul-de-sac, approximately a six-minute walk to Langosta Beach and its beautiful Pacific Ocean estuary.

Tamarindo, known for its vibrant day and nightlife, is just a short walk away—about 10 minutes along the beach or road, or 5 minutes by bike. Tamarindo offers a wide range of services including supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, yoga studios, night markets, farmers markets, a skatepark, and beauty salons.

Surfing and Bodyboarding

Langosta Beach is excellent for bodyboarding, while Tamarindo is renowned as one of the best surfing spots in the area. Beginners will find Capitan Suizo Beach perfect for learning to surf.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Parking is available outside the property.
