Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The house is in urgent need of maintenance, deep cleaning, and updating. The air conditioners are old and do not cool properly, making the house unbearably hot. The ceiling fans were also not working correctly—they only spun slowly, and the speed settings did not function. In addition, the fans were covered with months of dust. The refrigerator had standing water inside and a very unpleasant odor. One of the bedrooms smelled like sewage, and the garage and stairways were dirty upon our arrival. The property has three floors, and having to go up and down the stairs in the extreme heat made the stay even more uncomfortable because the air conditioning was not working. The most frustrating part was the host’s response. We reported the problems immediately after check-in, but it took about four hours to receive a response. Throughout the entire situation, the host was rude, seemed irritated, and never provided a real solution

The place was in the perfect area. The beachfront view was spectacular. Walking distance to the Malecón and area restaurants with lots to do. The location is 5 stars for sure. The area felt safe. The house is beautiful. It has a car port to park your vehicle, which is a big plus. The pool is clean and warm. The rooftop was amazing and by far my favorite place with gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez.The house has four floors. The first floor has a suite near the carport and where the pool is located. The can only sleep 6 comfortably with two additional rooms on the third floor. The only thing I would recommend is a better couches. The couches are very small and outdated. Only sits 3 people and there’s an ottoman for additional sitting which is uncomfortable to sit. The kitchen appliances are outdated. A newer coffee pot would be nice. We had to grab coffee at the oxox across the street. It would be nice to have an umbrella and beach chairs and ice chest for guest to use for the beach.

Our stay in La Paz was fantastic. The home is in an excellent location just steps from the Malecón, making it easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront whenever we wanted. The area felt lively but still comfortable and safe. One of the highlights was the rooftop with beautiful views—perfect for sunsets or relaxing in the evening. The heated pool was also a great touch and made the space feel like a private retreat after spending the day exploring the beaches around La Paz. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the Malecón while still enjoying privacy, great views, and a relaxing pool. We would definitely stay here again when visiting La Paz.
