We have 2 TVs, and super fast Wi-Fi, 1000 megabytes, so you can connect your favorite app!!! The space The apartment has 90 square meters, which is very spacious and comfortable! The living room has a sofa bed that converts into a KING bed. It also has a table and chair for 6 people! and it has 2 balconies, so they can smoke there. In the living room you have a large TV! and wifi, with a 1000 megabyte connection, super fast! The room is super comfortable, it has blackout, so you can sleep super!!! It also has a TV, large closets, and in one of them there are umbrellas, since it rains a lot in Panama! The bathroom is with a shower, in the drawer you will find a first aid kit. The building and apartment were lovely and very clean. The pool and rooftop a plus in my book. The noise level was very high from music being played on the street. Ear plugs work. We had no access to the balconies- the doors were locked and when I questioned her in this regard - no answer.

The apartment is beautiful, just like in the photos, and it is very well equipped, even more than we expected. The only thing was the noise and the movement of people in the surroundings, so we preferred to keep the windows closed. Even so, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed a nice Christmas.

Thank you for a cute apartment and a great location. I’ll lay downfall were the neighbors in the building next-door who played extremely loud music all night long and all day long.

Great place to stay. The area felt safe, and seeing police around added extra peace of mind. The apartment was clean and smelled fresh. The appliances, AC, and TV all worked well. The balcony view over the neighborhood was a nice bonus. There’s a really nice restaurant on site, which was super convenient, and I ate there a couple of times. The rooftop has a small pool and a nice view. It’s not big, but perfect for cooling off. I met a few people up there. Good place to meet other travelers. The location is solid. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby, everything is walkable, and it feels local, not touristy. I saw some reviews saying the area was “rough,” comparing to other places I’ve traveled it’s fine. I brought earplugs because of other reviews, but didn’t need them. There is some music at night, but nothing too loud to mess with sleep.

We’re so glad we chose Geraldina’s apartment in Casco Viejo. The building is new, modern, and secure with a concierge and gated entry. The apartment had everything we needed—full kitchen, washing machine, balcony, and all the essentials for a short or long stay. The neighborhood is in redevelopment, which may feel a bit rough to some travelers, but we always felt safe thanks to the visible police presence. The only downside is street noise from kids and music past midnight, so light sleepers should bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. A highlight was Geraldina’s restaurant, Aya La Vida, on the first floor—great ambiance, tasty local food, and fair prices. Communication was excellent throughout our stay.

The place was a bit difficult to find because we did not have a specific address but only the name of the building which unfortunately once translated by Airbnb, does not match. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit bleak and not very reassuring however, you almost forget it once inside. The apartment is clean and functional, as in the photos and description. The pool and terrace are a big plus and the view from the top is spectacular. Although she can sometimes take a long time to respond to certain messages, Geraldina was very helpful in letting us leave a little later because our flight was in the evening.

Second time staying at this Airbnb, fantastic experience, location is just a short walk from all Casco Viejo has to offer. The apartment is stylish and modern will all the amenities and having a 24/7 concierge is great. Would highly recommend, looking forward to staying here again!
