Casa Redonda

Casa Redonda is an 8,000-square-foot villa in Puerto Vallarta, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Alejandro Zohn.

The Space

The main level combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open layout that leads onto a spacious sundeck terrace. From here, guests can enjoy the infinity pool, grand palapa, and panoramic views of Banderas Bay and the city.

A complete bar near the pool provides an ideal setting for entertaining.

The first floor is a generous open space with a living area, kitchen, and bar. It also includes a suite accessible from either outside or inside the property. This suite has a private kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom.

The second and third floors contain the main bedroom, which offers a panoramic layout and views. An entertainment area is located on the opposite side of the sleeping quarters. The main bedroom also includes two full bathrooms, positioned separately with access from opposite sides of the room.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have an attached full bathroom and large closets with ample storage. Bedroom 4 includes a Murphy bed in a room that can also serve as a study or office when the bed is not in use. This bedroom has its own full bathroom.

The top floor features a second patio that complements the spacious patio on the first floor. The ground-floor patio includes the heated Jacuzzi, pool, and palapa.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property. Daily housekeeping is provided, although guests may decline the service for some or all days.

Private Chef Services

• Breakfast and lunch: $20 USD per guest, per meal
• Dinner: $25–$30 USD per guest, depending on the main course

Additional Guest Fees

For groups of more than 14 guests, each additional guest is charged $49 USD per night.
