The Space

Casablanca is a secure, fully fenced villa designed for privacy, relaxation, and comfort.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the villa and all of its amenities.

The property is accessible with a 4x2 vehicle, and a 4x4 vehicle is not required. All-wheel drive is recommended, particularly during the rainy season, for a smoother journey.

A safe is provided inside the villa for securely storing personal belongings.

Pool and Garden Maintenance

The pool is 1.70 meters deep.

• The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday.
• The pool maintenance team will access the property on scheduled service days.
• A gardener visits periodically to maintain the outdoor areas.
• All staff members are trusted professionals.
• Guests will always be informed in advance before staff enter the property.

Tropical Environment

Costa Rica’s tropical climate supports a wide variety of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. Although a strict pest-control plan is in place to help keep these animals outside the home, occasional encounters with local wildlife are a natural part of the experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy.

• The property is gated, with security at the entrance.
• A 4x4 vehicle is not required.
• All-wheel drive is recommended during the rainy season.

Important Information

Because the villa is located in the mountains, power outages may occasionally occur due to falling branches or other weather-related issues.

The local water supply comes from nearby springs and may also experience occasional interruptions. Guests are kindly asked to keep these possibilities in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this area.
