Located in Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste, just minutes away from Tamarindo, this home is situated in the exclusive gated community of Las Golondrinas. The community offers private access to an exclusive beach, along with three semi-private beaches within the Hacienda Pinilla community. All of them feature crystal-clear waters and white sand, making them perfect for sunny days and total relaxation.

Hacienda Pinilla also offers an 18-hole golf course, with one of the holes right on the oceanfront, allowing players to enjoy spectacular views while practicing their favorite sport. Additionally, the community features a beach club with a pool and restaurant, as well as tennis and pickleball courts for those seeking an active and relaxing lifestyle. As a guest of Las Palmas Beach House, you will also have access to all the restaurants at the JW Marriott, enhancing your dining experience during your stay. We have a beach club membership that allows our guests to pay a $5 entrance fee instead of the regular fee of $45.

Noise and Community Policy

We want to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable stay at Las Palmas Beach House. The property is located in a private community, primarily inhabited by permanent residents and families, so it is essential to respect the community’s rules. A strict noise policy is enforced between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., during which loud music and excessive noise are not permitted. This is not the place to host parties or large-scale events. If these rules are not followed, guests will be asked to leave the property with no refund.
