• Registered Guests Only: Only guests who are registered and pre-authorized may access and stay on the property. No unregistered visitors, overnight guests, or external visitors are allowed.
• No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding the number of registered guests are prohibited. Excessive noise, loud music, or unauthorized events will lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
• No Illegal Activities: Any illegal behavior, including drug use, solicitation, or disruptive conduct, is strictly forbidden and will be reported to Airbnb and local authorities.
• Respect for the Community: Guests should maintain low noise levels, especially at night, to respect neighbors. Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.
• No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo or on the property.
• No Pets Allowed
• The property owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings occurring on the premises.
• By booking, guests agree to abide by these rules and accept any risks associated with their stay.
• This property is not suitable for party-friendly bookings.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of all rooms in the condo and two assigned parking spaces at the street entrance. Direct access to Playa Blanca is available via the main paved road.

Please note that access to the private Punta Leona club and its facilities is not included and is reserved exclusively for club members.
