We stayed for 3 weeks at this property (2 adults / 2 children). Property and home are exactly as advertised. Very clean and a few walkable minutes from downtown. Howler monkeys were often heard (and on at least 4 occasions seen right from the balcony). The owner was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question and during our stay the washer / dryer broke. The next morning maintenance showed up and fixed the issue! Internet was great too! I work remotely and need reliable internet, especially to conduct Zoom calls and this place had it. Highly recommend this property!

Cute condo, however, it wasn't as close to restaurants and shops as we imagined from the description. The road the condo is on is really rough. When we arrived, I had to sweep the floor because there was hair on it. Last but not least, and most importantly, I think it should be stated upfront that you have to throw toilet paper in the trash bin, and not be told that after you're out of your cancellation window. Luckily, it was just two of us and we had our own bathrooms. With everything being said, we did feel safe overall.

This is a great apartment. Close to the beach. We took Ubers down at night and it was fast, cheap and easy. This is a beautifully appointed property and the management was great to deal with!

We always come to Tamarindo every year and this is the best place we have stayed so far. The property managment is so professional, super detail oriented, super attentive, we stayed for a month and we wish we had extended our stay. Very peaceful, loved watching the monkeys from our balcony, we had cleaning service every week and the lady was amazing. We liked the location, very safe area and peaceful, we could walk to town, even at night. The security was great, there was always someone on the gate making sure everyone getting inside were guests. The place was beautiful decorated and had great wifi to work. I would come back!

La douche d’une des chambres dont le début d’eau chaude et le lave-vaisselle pourrait être amélioré. Aussi, le lave-vaisselle ne semble pas fonctionner. Mais nous ne l’utilisions pas. Le propriétaire est très serviable et rapide. Très bel endroit et très propre. Dans mon cas, il y avait un service de nettoyage une fois par semaine. Et très sécuritaire. Je recommande.
