The Space
The villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two spacious primary bedrooms offer stunning water views, allowing guests to enjoy the lush tropical surroundings and the sensation of being aboard a luxurious cruise ship. Each primary bedroom includes an impressive, generously sized en-suite bathroom.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the ground floor, along with two full bathrooms. This layout is ideal for families or larger groups seeking comfortable and convenient accommodations.

Additional Information
Electricity and Air Conditioning
The rental fee includes general electricity consumption. Air-conditioning use is billed separately through an individual meter, allowing you to pay only for the electricity you use for this additional service.

Pets are not permitted due to the owners’ allergies.
Holiday Stay Requirement
For the Christmas 2026 and New Year 2027 holidays, a minimum stay of six nights is required for either of the following periods:
- December 19–26
- December 27–January 4
A 12-night stay spanning both periods is also permitted.

I stayed 2 weeks at the house. It's very beautiful, and the location is perfect. In the photos the house looks nice, but in person it's even nicer and bigger. It has quite a few rooms. The view is one of the best in Puerto Aventuras, from sunrise to sunset. Incredible!! I definitely recommend it, and it would be a place I'd go back to. Thanks, Sabrina, for your attention and kindness 🙌🏼

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was truly beautiful — even better than in the photos. It is large, airy, spacious, modern, and luxurious, with a very comfortable and elegant atmosphere. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Sabrina was an excellent host: very kind, proactive, helpful, and always easy to communicate with. She made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I can highly recommend this villa. 5/5 experience, and I would be very happy to come back again!

A beautiful house in a wonderful place, where nature is part of every environment. They were incredible days, with great comfort, tranquility and special moments. The house offers a complete structure, with several leisure options for the whole family. The leisure area is a spectacle in itself, designed to provide fun, rest and unforgettable experiences. A perfect place for those who want to connect with nature without giving up comfort. We already miss it!

Absolutely pleased with this property & the management. We chose this property for our spring break get away & it was a 100% success thanks to this Airbnb. Short distance from xcaret, cenotes & beach clubs with a private gated community made this a no brainer. Wow factor for pictures & video for those forever memories 100% exist here! Sure to revisit in the near future thank you!

We had a magnificent time at Casa La Torre! The location of this wonderful Villa is spectacular. From the terrace we were seeing boats coming out from the junction of the canals. We had a splendid sunset right there sitting on the terrace having dinner with a great Chef recommended by Gail. Also Gail and Sabrina are super good hostesses. Great communication and had everything ready for our stay. 100% I recommend this place. Thanks again Gail and Sabrina for everything you did for us. We will surely be back next year! 😘🤗💓
