Excellent service from start to finish. From the check-in, they were super attentive. The house includes daily housekeeping and security, and both (Vero and Ronald) are super friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!

We visited Cartagena for our 40th birthday! It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The home was immaculate! It was always clean and cool (and trust me…you need that in Cartagena)! Veronica who kept the place clean and neat was amazing! She also cooked us traditional Colombian breakfast every day and lunch one day and it was AMAZING!! If you stay here, I highly recommend getting Veronica! Damian was our security guard and was great! We felt safe in and out of the home! We had massages in which they came to us! They were great! Our only disappointment was the private chef but it didn’t change how we feel about the property, Veronica and Damian! This place was definitely what we needed for a great birthday celebration!! I will definitely stay here when we come back! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Very helpful and good hosts. The house includes someone to help with meals and someone else to take care of you at night: Veronica and Damian. Very attentive and available for anything you might need as a guest. 100% recommended.

Excellent experience at Casa Pilar! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The house is super comfortable, very clean and very well located. Everything was in excellent condition and we really felt very comfortable during our stay. I would especially like to highlight the service of the hosts, who are always very kind, attentive, and willing to help. The cleaning, kitchen, and security staff were also incredible. They all treated us wonderfully and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Casa Pilar and would stay here again. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

The place was delightful and was exactly as described. It was very conveniently located in Getsemani - in a quiet side street and peaceful. The staff and host were courteous and helpful at every step. Highly recommended!
