The Department

Living and dining room: open spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable furniture, Smart Tv and direct access to a private terrace of 36 m² with sea views.

Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and modern utensils.

Bedrooms:

Principal: king bed, en-suite bathroom and sea view.

Monday: two Queen beds, spacious and modern decor.

Third: two Queen beds with good lighting.

Fourth: two Queen beds, ideal for families or large groups.

Bathrooms: 4 complete with rainfall shower, modern finishes and courtesy amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body soap).

Terrace: private 36 m² with outdoor furniture for relaxing or eating outdoors.

Policies and Costs

Minimum age for booking: 25 years old.

Smoking or drug use: strictly prohibited; fine of $10,000 Mxn for non-compliance.

Pets: not allowed; entry implies a fine of £1,500 and immediate cancellation without refund.

Parties or events: not permitted. Quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise after 10:00 pm may result in cancellation of booking without refund.

Additional Guests: all must register with Sea Home Bucerías prior to arrival. Unauthorized extra guests involve charges or immediate cancellation.

Identification: an Ine, passport or driving licence is required when checking in. It may be requested again during the stay.

Damages or extra cleaning: any cost will be charged to the registered card.

Electricity: the cost includes reasonable consumption; excess is automatically charged.

Check-in: from 3:00 pm.

Check-out: until 11:00 am. Delays generate additional fine.

Cancellation policy: similar to Airbnb Super Strict 30.

Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment.

Other things to note Age Requirement: Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

Smoking & Drug Policy: Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs on the property is also not allowed. Any violation will incur a $10,000 MXN penalty.

Parties & Events: No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am, and excessive noise, particularly after 10:00 pm, will not be tolerated to respect the neighbors. Violation of this rule may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund or additional charges.

Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number listed in your reservation. All guests must be registered with Sea Home Bucerias prior to arrival. Additional guests may incur extra costs or result in reservation cancellation without refund, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Identification & Check-in: Renters are required to provide a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or INE) upon check-in. You may also be asked for ID during your stay for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide requested information may lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Damage & Extra Cleaning: Renters agree to cover any costs related to property damage or necessary extra cleaning due to their stay. These costs will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellation Policy: This property follows a cancellation policy similar to Airbnb’s "Super Strict 30" policy. Please refer to Airbnb's cancellation guidelines for details.

Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed. Bringing a pet to the property will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, and a penalty of $30,000 MXN will be charged.

Respect for Neighbors: All guests must respect the privacy and peace of neighbors and adhere to building regulations. Any illegal activities or disturbance to the peace may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Electricity Usage: Rental rates include reasonable use of electricity for each night of the reservation. Excessive electricity usage will incur additional charges, automatically billed to your card on file.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Failure to adhere to these times may result in a fine added to the cost of your reservation.
