The photos and videos you see listing the place are too beautiful compared to reality. The pool was dirty and had no water filter and when entering the rooms the middle part of the ceiling is full of bugs and looks bad. The front desk was not pleasant either. At no time were we notified that we had to give a deposit of $80 apart from the room payment, which I believe should be communicated. There was a cleaning lady and Miss Mercedes who treated us very well but the rest do not have customer service skills.
