We had a great stay, The house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor space was great with a terrace and pool. The host super friendly and responsive. The house is starting to show wear and tear, nothing that ruined our stay or nothing major, but noticeable.

We had a wonderful stay at this house, truly made our trip significantly better with being located in the heart of Santa Teresa but still being in a slightly private spot off the main road. Felt very safe and secure while also being walkable to so many restaurants & beach access points. Maria was fantastic with helping set up taxis, ATVs & transportation to all our excursions. The house was a perfect size, clean & had everything we needed to feel like we are in our own home while visiting. Truly a wonderful property, will absolutely be back.

The house is very nice, large, spacious, comfortable, private and very well equipped. It has some maintenance issues but they could easily be fixed. The garden is divine and the pool is spectacular. The location is excellent and safe both day and night. Walking distance to everything: beach, restaurants, cafes, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.

I visited this house with my family. It is beautiful, big, very private you have the whole house and pool for yourself. Julieta the concierge was very kind and she helped us with everything. The beach is walking distance about 4-5 minutes and the sunsets are amazing. Definitely I’ll be back.

Julieta, our contact, was very friendly. Months before the trip she contacted me and gave me some instructions and always responded quickly to any questions. Upon arriving at the accommodation, she welcomed us in a friendly, attentive way and was quite clear with the rules and directions for using the house. The home is just like in the photos and even better. Quite complete, very comfortable, although it is surrounded by other houses, it maintains its privacy. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Very nice accommodation, within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store, very easy to access. Comfortable bed, very clean. All the composites were present Rarity, the BBQ was very clean and in very good condition Very accessible hosts I highly recommend it. I'll be back
