Good space. Quiet neighborhood. Good amenities: wifi, cable TV, kitchen dishes & utensils, etc. The only minor negatives are: - the bed mattress was worn - very loud spring every time I moved. - the frying pan was old, handle was loose (even after tightening) and the Teflon surface no longer exists, had to soak and Scrub pan after every use.

I will come back to stay here. Having recently rented my own place in Costa Rica I could not think of a better place to stay where absolutely everything you need is right there or a 10 minute walk. Felt like home. Obviously this is not The Four Seasons or the Mandarin Oriental, but for a budget hotel this one is above the rest, specially for the high end area it is located. Anything else will be a lot more money. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. As I said, will be back.

The staff are always friendly and helpful in this Airbnb. The location is good because it’s near a lot of places to eat. It’s very clean inside. It’s a very safe place to stay in Escazu.
