Me and my family stayed the weekend in suite C, it is a beautiful centrally located beachfront building. Haniel & Adrian were so helpful and answered any questions we had. The suite matched exactly what’s listed and shown in the photos if not better. The area was close to everything and has many great restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and our chef Jonathan was amazing everything he made for us was so delicious I highly recommend requesting him. Haniel was very helpful with check in & check out and was very responsive. Can’t wait to be back thank you for everything!

Amazing stay from start to finish. The property is beautiful, with incredible ocean views, direct beachfront access, and a fantastic private pool. The only minor downside was the beach club next door—music was a little loud on a couple of nights, but it wasn’t a big deal. The highlight of the trip was Chef Jonathan. As a chef myself, I have high standards and made several specific requests. Every meal exceeded my expectations and was so good it made us not want to go out to eat. If you book the chef service, request Jonathan—you won’t regret it. The staff was outstanding, especially Adrian at the front desk. He was attentive, always friendly, and even recommended an amazing boat rental with pickup at Playa de los Muertos. Overall, an incredible experience, and we’d gladly stay here again.

Truly a luxury experience! Our sky suite exceeded our expectations with its beauty, ample open space and seating areas, private pool, and sounds of the surf. Each room was an en suite with lots of privacy and great AC. The chef experience was a treat (love you Fanny!) and the staff were super friendly. Any questions were resolved quickly. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back.

The stay was breathtaking and so beautiful. The house had a great lounging area and gorgeous views. We did encounter some issues with the water not heating up in the master bedroom and we also didn’t receive some complimentary drinks that were mentioned before hand. Also just a heads up, my family and I traveled to this location together and I would say it’s not in a family friendly area. I would encourage doing some research before booking at this location.

The premises were just as shown in the photos. The views of the beach and ocean were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and the space was extremely clean and welcoming. We used the chef offering our first morning and Fanny prepared a delicious breakfast and also purchased groceries for us for other meals. The chef option was a very nice offering. There was a minor problem with not having hot water the first day but Haniel was very responsive and fixed it right away. My family members all commented on how much they enjoyed their stay, and we would definitely return in the future.

First time at Vallarta Shores and definitely not last! We had Suite C 3 bdr/3.5 bath. We loved having all the outdoor shaded space, the little pool on the patio, and Chef Fanny! She spoiled us with her amazing cooking! We were there 3 nights and only left the condo to walk the beach and find an atm . We could not stop talking about how much we loved it there. Super easy check in and Haniel was great answering all my questions. Thank you so much!!
