Pedregal Home Base is designed for groups, families, couples, and friends. The condo features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning, giving everyone comfortable personal space.

The marina, downtown Cabo San Lucas, and nightlife are all within a short walk, while the condo remains peaceful when you are ready to unwind. A fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, and spacious terrace provide an inviting setting for gathering at the end of the day.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo and terrace overlooking Cabo San Lucas. Full access is also provided to the two pools, common areas, fitness center, tennis courts, and private Pedregal beach.

Parking and Transportation

Parking

Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Uber

Uber drivers can access the property easily. There is no security gate to navigate, making pickup and drop-off quick and convenient.

Uber is not available from Los Cabos International Airport, but it is an economical transportation option around town.

Water Treatment

Pedregal is one of the few communities throughout Baja California Sur with its own desalination plant. This private facility helps provide residents with a reliable supply of fresh water.

Desalination uses reverse osmosis, a process that removes salt and other impurities from seawater through high pressure and a semipermeable membrane.

Transportation from Los Cabos International Airport

Los Cabos International Airport is approximately 45–60 minutes from Cabo San Lucas by car. The route passes through the vibrant heart of Los Cabos, near the marina, El Arco, and the nightlife of Medano Beach.
