Water Treatment

Pedregal is one of the few communities in Baja California Sur with its own desalination plant, ensuring a reliable supply of fresh water. This reverse osmosis system removes salt and impurities from seawater to provide clean water for residents.

Guests have full use of the entire condo and terrace with views of Cabo San Lucas. Access to two pools, common areas, the fitness center, private Pedregal Beach, and tennis courts is included.

Pedregal Beach is approximately a 45-minute walk or a 10-minute drive along cobblestone streets and over the mountain.
