The Space

Behind the sleek metal exterior of Meridiano 5 Lofts is a brand-new, industrial-chic retreat in the heart of Medellín’s trendy Provenza neighborhood. Designed by one of Colombia’s trendiest architects, the property combines a SoHo-inspired atmosphere with a garden setting.

For larger groups who want to stay together, all five suites can be booked for complete privacy and exclusivity. The suites are arranged across five floors and include:

• 11 beds: five king beds and six smaller beds
• Eight full bathrooms
• Five fully equipped kitchens
• Comfortable sleeping space for up to 16 guests
• A garden area separate from the outside world

Guests can relax together or move between floors, making Meridiano 5 Lofts a private retreat with plenty of flexibility. The most difficult decision may be choosing which suite each person gets.

A laundry room is located on the fifth floor and includes:

• Washing machine
• Dryer

Included Services

• Two passes for dancing lessons are included with your stay. Please schedule them with the host.
• Concierge service for reservations is included according to the employees’ schedule.

Important Information

• Because the property is located in the center of Provenza, the most touristic area of El Poblado, nighttime noise from passersby, nightlife, restaurants, and bars may be audible.
• For this combination of apartments, a maximum of 10 visitors is permitted. The total occupancy limit is 16 overnight guests plus 10 visitors across all five units.
• For the safety of all guests, visitors may not enter the building between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
