The place is very central, near convenience stores and restaurants, and a five-minute drive from the beach. The fact that they allow pets is a plus.

The apartment is comfortable and perfect for a couple. It's practically at the entrance to the complex, near restaurants and convenience stores. 😎 The best thing is that for an incredible price, you can enjoy Iguana's amenities. ✨ Claudio was very friendly and responsive! Definitely a place to stay again. 🫶🏻

Great studio apartment, located beside all the restaurants, 1st golf tee and stores. Some traffic with cars going in and out of the stores but fairly quiet inside apartment. Would recommend to others for the price and good host comunicacion.

The place is nice, the location is very good, the place is quiet. During my stay, things happened that were perhaps beyond the host's control, but they affected my satisfaction. The air conditioning did not cool and the power went out repeatedly during the night and the next morning. Otherwise, everything was fine. They accept pets and the place is very nice. Just a personal experience regarding the services, but after that, everything was fine.

I really liked the place. It was exactly as in the ad. It is close to a restaurant and a local grocery store, and there is quick access to the beach. Claudio was super considerate.
