We really like this place. We have stayed at a few other houses in Kino and this seems to fit us and our needs the best. The large patio is a plus. We also like the outside ’shower/rinse’ area to clean off the sand before getting to the patio.

It was a very nice experience, we had a great time, it has everything you need and a little more, obviously you have to go prepared for what you want to do but in general it is well equipped, the descent to the beach is easy. I would go back and recommend it.

It is a great place to stay at Kino. I definitely recommend for a family vacation, spacious, clean and steps from the beach! Great patio, has everything you need to relax!

The host was great, He checked in with us and gave clear instructions. The views from the house were just beautiful, the property itself just far exceed the photos listed. We rented it for a family getaway and everyone really enjoyed it. We would recommend and revisit.

Very nice stay! Just as in the pictures, everything is very comfortable and clean with perfect beach access! I will definitely come back with my family, we loved it and the host's service was great
