Sunrise Villa is a remodeled retreat in Pedregal, featuring sweeping Pacific Ocean views, expansive covered decks, and bright, open living spaces. The villa is just minutes from downtown and the beach.

Your stay includes access to the 24/7 Cabo Villas Concierge, who can arrange private chefs, grocery shopping, spa services, activities, itinerary planning, and restaurant and beach club reservations.

The Space

Sweeping ocean views welcome you as soon as you step onto Sunrise Villa’s spacious terrace. Relax beside the sparkling swimming pool, soak in the jacuzzi, or settle into a comfortable chair with a drink while taking in views of:

Sunrise Villa is well suited for family and friends. Enjoy outdoor meals on the shaded patio as sea breezes pass by, relax in the large open living area, or prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and ocean views. For a more indulgent evening, a private chef can prepare dinner while you enjoy the sunset.

The indoor dining area and many of the welcoming bedroom suites also feature ocean views, creating a strong connection to Cabo’s natural beauty. Two bedrooms have separate entrances for added privacy.

Location and Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. We do not control construction projects or schedules, but we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

Guest Access

Sunrise Villa is a private home within a gated community. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the pool, except for the locked owner’s closet.

Important House Rules

• The minimum age for all guests is 25, excluding children traveling with their parents.
• Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. in a gated community may result in a fine.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Events, including weddings and bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and an event fee has been paid.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited at all times.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.

Pool and Jacuzzi

• The pool is heated during the winter months only.
• The jacuzzi is set to a minimum temperature of 100°F.

Occupancy

The total number of people permitted at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests listed on the reservation. The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and the name of every group member. See the rental rules for additional terms.

Airbnb can accommodate bookings for up to 16 people. Ask us about rates for additional guests.

Children

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Booking Requirements

By booking a reservation, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to comply with all terms and conditions listed in the agreement.

A seven-night minimum stay applies over December 25 and January 1. If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
