The Space

Sunrise Villa includes:

Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom. Two bedrooms have separate entrances for added privacy. The villa is designed for guests aged 25 and over (children traveling with parents are exempt from this rule).

Upon entering the spacious terrace, guests are greeted by breathtaking ocean views. Whether relaxing by the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi, or sitting comfortably with a drink, you’ll enjoy panoramic sights of the Pacific Ocean, Land’s End, golden beaches, palm trees, and luxury homes in Pedregal.

The villa combines traditional warmth with modern elegance, creating a serene retreat just minutes from downtown and the marina. Outdoor dining is available on a shaded patio where sea breezes enhance the experience. Inside, the large open living area and well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and ocean views provide a welcoming atmosphere. The villa is located in Pedregal, a gated and exclusive community offering easy access to downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, and nearby beaches.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, pool, and outdoor areas, except for a locked owner’s closet.

Policies and Important Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
• Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespect toward security personnel are prohibited at all times. Violations may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning, payable by guests.
• No pets allowed unless pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the contracted number of guests. The renter must disclose the full guest list.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• The pool is heated only during winter months.
• A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If both holidays are booked consecutively, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups require approval and an additional deposit.
• Airbnb bookings are limited to 16 guests; please inquire about rates for additional guests.
