We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our Belize vacation. Very responsive communication both before and during our stay. Very helpful recommendations by our host. Gorgeous view, private pool and dock, comfortable house. Perfect!

Enjoyed our stay at La Perla Azul! Everything was exactly as described. Cecelia and Ezequiel were great hosts. Including a golf cart with the house is a great touch as it is a fair drive from town. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle while still being close enough to the action we would highly recommend a stay here!

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

We highly recommend La Perla Azul and Crown Property Management to anyone staying on San Pedro Island. The house was refreshingly clean and lovely with plenty of room for all 9 of us. It was air conditioned (much appreciated) and well stocked with all that we could need or want–bedding, toiletries, plenty of towels, dishes, drinking water, even coffee. Gear for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing and outdoor games was provided along with a dock built to attract fish and accommodate outdoor lounging. Groceries were just 15 minutes away and there were some really great local restaurants within a few miles of the house. Communicating with Colleen was easy and her responses were timely. Ezequiel and Cecelia met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know and Ezequiel checked in with us to see that we had all we needed. They helped us arrange for an in-house chef and Marfa and Sylvia (Belizean Island Lady) cooked up the catch from our fishing excursion–the best mea

La Pearla Azul was the perfect spot for a peaceful family getaway. The home was very clean and the location was beautiful. The home is a bit far from town and takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get to restaurants on a difficult unpaved road.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The dock over the water was amazing to relax and watch sea life. The pool was fantastic for our young son. The views, pool and dock are just plain amazing. Cecelia was incredibly helpful setting up rides for our arrival and Ezekiel who met us at the property was awesome and so helpful. Very responsive with any issues.

The house was great for 3 couples give there’s essentially 3 masters. The service from Ezekiel, Cecila, and frankly everyone in Belize was above and beyond our expectations. The only downfall to our entire trip was the distance to town because of the rutted roads from the recent storms.

I loved staying here! Coleen and her caretaker accommodated my every need 24/7. She provided a rented gasoline 4-person golf cart. 25-minute golf cart ride on a dirt road to San Pedro town, which I found easy and pleasant. Went into town every day. She had a double kayak delivered before I arrived. She arranged a private chef, Mariceli, whom I highly recommend. Single-family home with 2 units (upstairs and downstairs) with fully-equipped kitchens and gorgeous view. Both units rent together. Units are completely separate, only accessible from outside, allowing privacy for 2 couples/families. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Fenced front yard and back yard, pool, and dock with a hammock – all private. We enjoyed the upstairs unit enclosed back porch/balcony. Split HVAC systems allows each room independently temperature controlled. However, the bed is tucked into an alcove so with windows open, breezy day and fan on, there was no airflow at the bed
