The Space

This two-story house is situated within a secure gated community, offering both privacy and safety. It is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful retreat in Manuel Antonio. The home is designed for relaxation after a day of exploring the area and is not intended for parties.

The building has an unconventional duplex layout. Soul House, the upper residence, is set back from the lower house (Chillout House), so they are not directly stacked. Both homes are completely separate, ensuring privacy for each group of guests. All visitors follow the same house rules, including quiet hours after 10:00 p.m., to maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

Please note that access to the third bedroom requires climbing stairs.

Nestled in the heart of Manuel Antonio, this home is surrounded by jungle where you can spot monkeys, scarlet macaws, and toucans while relaxing in a hammock on the patio. The prime location is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and a spa/yoga studio. The national park and beaches are just a quick five-minute drive away.
