Copala 3205 is a three-bedroom condominium located in the private ownership community of Copala at Quivira. Guests have access to Copala and Quivira restaurants, bars, and the golf course. The unit was fully refurbished in 2022, featuring new furniture, decorations, and modern amenities.

This condo is available for stays of 31 days and 30 nights or longer and includes access to the Exclusive Beach Club, subject to Quivira's long-term rental policies.

Copala 3205 is part of the CaboCondoVacations portfolio, which includes over 25 five-star short-term and long-term rental units in Quivira. The CaboCondoVacations team is available onsite seven days a week to assist guests, and the owners reside full-time in Quivira.

Copala is a secure, gated, full-ownership community designed to offer an upscale living experience similar to those in the USA or Canada, combined with the benefits of Mexican climate, culture, cuisine, and entertainment.

The registered guest listed in the reservation must be present during the stay. Booking on behalf of others is not permitted.

Important Notes on Resort Access

• Resort restaurants requiring reservations are often fully booked during peak seasons, with priority given to hotel guests
• Guests do not have access to Pueblo Bonito pools or pool bars unless purchasing the All-Inclusive package (policy effective 2025)
• Numerous new restaurants have opened just outside the Quivira gates, offering excellent variety and value; recommendations are available upon request
