Overall, the stay was good and the apartment was spotless. The cleanliness deserves a 100% rating. Congratulations to the cleaning staff, as that aspect was excellent. However, I believe there are several points that should be improved. An additional 15% is charged, but no tax invoice is provided, only a receipt from the system, which raises questions about that charge. It also seems illogical to me that you request documents from all my companions when the reservation is in my name and I am solely responsible to Airbnb. In addition, the platform already verifies the identity of the main guest, so this procedure is unnecessary. In the end, the price ends up being much higher than expected due to those additional charges. Looking back, for the final cost, I would have preferred to stay in a hotel that included breakfast and a simpler, more professional check-in process. I hope you review these points

Nice place. Good security. Lots of stairs. Small and efficient space. Didn’t sleep well because of a problem with the air conditioner. But sometimes these things happen and I’m sure it will be fixed. Good location for shopping trips into Managua.
