The Space
Villa de la Luz is a distinctive retreat in the gated community of Pedregal, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The property features:

Location and Construction Notice
Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may take place at any time without notice. Cabo Villas has no control over construction projects or schedules but will do its best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.
Guest Access
This is a private home in a gated community. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, pool, and other property areas, except for the locked owner’s closet.
House Rules and Important Information
- The minimum age for all guests is 25. Children traveling with their parents are exempt from this requirement.
- Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Noise or other disruptive behavior after 10:00 p.m. in a gated community may result in a fine.
- Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning, and guests are fully responsible for paying them.
- Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors.
- No pets are allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
- Events, including weddings and bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance and an event fee has been paid.
- High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without prior approval. An additional deposit may be required.
- Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited.
Occupancy
The total number of people on the property at any time may not exceed the contracted number of guests listed for the reservation. The renter must disclose the total number of guests and provide the name of every member of the group. Refer to the rental rules for additional terms.
Extra-person fees apply after the 12th guest.
When completing the reservation, list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
Rental Agreement
By booking a reservation, you agree to sign the rental agreement within 24 hours and comply with all terms and conditions stated in the agreement.
Holiday Minimum Stay
A seven-night minimum stay applies when including December 25 or January 1. If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.

Overall, great house. Big comfortable rooms, nice pool and jacuzzi. Good air conditioning, nice host and clear easy instructions. We had a great stay, recommend. the whole team at cabovillas go way and above to make sure you have a nice and pleasant stay. My group were all very happy.

Overall, the Villa was a great place for a group of ten to stay on our trip to Cabo. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean! The concierge was responsive to our needs throughout the trip. There were two issues that kept me from giving this a 5 star rating: 1) the hot tub was broken and by the time they fixed it, we did not have time to use it and 2) we were told repeatedly over email that Ubers are not allowed in the neighborhood and we would have to arrange taxis for ~$5/person minimum for every trip. It turns out ubers are allowed in and we were able to have ubers drop us off at the villa (and they were much cheaper than the pre arranged taxis from cabo villas).

We chose this gorgeous villa for my friend's bachelorette party and it didn't disappoint! The interior was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. It had everything we needed, the rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The pool was great, but the hot tub didn't get too hot; it was a warm tub despite us trying to max out the temperature. The service was impeccable and the area was very quiet and private. The only negative was how far into the gated community the villa is. We didn't realize that we had to call a taxi to and from the villa and it's a minimum of $25 or $5 per person one way. Ubers aren't allowed to drive beyond the gate, and the villa is not really walkable into downtown Cabo - unless you're wearing good walking shoes and ready for a windy trek. Overall, the villa was beautiful/comfortable, IG-worthy, but the location was a bit inconvenient.

This was an amazing airbnb. The villa host was very responsive and helpful. All the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We booked this villa for a bachelorette and they made it the best and easiest trip for the bride and all the girls. Would definitely book again!

Amazing stay and beautiful house! Very safe and a nice walk to the beach. The rooms were huge and every single bed was comfy. Pablo the concierge was super attentive and answered at all hours. Only thing to keep in mind is that they dont provide shampoo/conditioner and you have to use taxis that only accept cash, make sure everyone brings enough.
