The Space

Villa de la Luz is a spacious private villa located in the gated community of Pedregal. This 6,100 square foot home features 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 13 guests comfortably. The villa includes:

• 4 king beds
• 2 queen beds
• 1 twin bed in the separate "Surfer Room"

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The "Surfer Room," situated just off the main house, offers a vibrant space with colorful walls, a twin bed, and a private bath, making it ideal for teens or solo travelers.

Inside, the villa showcases elegant finishes such as marble and tile flooring, custom wall textures, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. A bright game room with a pool table provides a great area for entertainment.

Outside, a recently renovated custom pool features a waterfall and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, creating a tranquil and inviting environment.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and pool area, except for the locked owner’s closet.

Policies and Additional Information

• Minimum age for all guests is 25, except children traveling with parents.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior during quiet hours may result in fines.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors and outdoors.
• Extra person fees apply for guests beyond the 12th.
• No pets allowed unless pre-authorized.
• Events such as weddings or bachelor/bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy must not exceed the contracted number of guests. The renter must provide names and number of all guests.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Fines up to $3,000 may be imposed for violations such as excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespect toward security personnel.
• A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without prior approval and an additional deposit.
