House Rules and Important Information

• No parties.
• No smoking.
• All guests must provide a copy or photograph of their passport at check-in.
• Minors are not permitted unless they are the booking guest’s children.
• Visitors must present a valid passport or identification.
• Each booking guest may have one visitor at a time.
• Please reserve the apartment for the correct number of guests requiring access and sleeping accommodations. Additional guests who arrive without being included in the reservation will incur an additional charge.
• Typical check-in begins after 3:00 p.m.; requests may be accommodated when possible.
• This is one of the few buildings in the area that is legally authorized for short-term rentals.
