Pool Access and Fees
Access to and use of the condominium amenities, including the tower pool, requires a wristband costing $25 MXN per person. The fee must be paid directly at the Mayan Lakes front desk. The wristband remains valid for the entire stay.
The beach club is not included.
Guest Access
A security deposit is required at check-in. It must be paid directly at reception and will be returned at check-out, provided that the condominium regulations have been followed.
The deposit amount is listed in the additional rules section. Payment may be made in cash or by credit card through Balance Lock. Debit cards are not accepted.

Arrival and Access Requirements
To ensure smooth access, please share your estimated arrival time in advance. The front desk is open until 8:00 p.m.; without prior notice, access may be delayed.
You must send official identification for every person staying at the property in advance. Without this documentation, entry to the condominium cannot be authorized.
Service Interruptions
Occasionally, services such as electricity or internet may be interrupted due to circumstances beyond the property's control, including general issues in the area or problems with service providers. These situations are infrequent, but we will provide support and follow up on any matters within our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Visitor Policy and Access Control
- Only people registered on the confirmed Airbnb reservation may enter or stay at the property.
- Visitors are not permitted during the stay, even for short periods.
- New guests may not enter, replace registered guests, or rotate in and out. Reservations are personal and non-transferable.
- Any attempt by an unregistered person to enter is considered a serious violation of the rules and may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
These measures comply with the subdivision regulations and security policies.

The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly subdivision with convenient access to:
- La Isla Shopping Center, Super Chedraui, and Oxxo: approximately 5 minutes by car
- The airport: approximately 7 minutes by car
- Various public beaches: approximately 10 minutes by car
Invoicing
If you require an invoice, please provide your proof of tax status, CFDI use, and email address.
The invoice will be sent no later than 48 hours after check-out.

Make sure that it includes access to the pool, especially in this apartment. Check that the showers and A/C work well from the start. We also didn't have internet.

The condo is very nice and the apartment in general is fine, but it has many details that show a lack of maintenance, such as the shower in poor condition, the dishwasher full of garbage inside, we did not have the internet working properly during the 4 days we were there, and the dishes, plates and glasses in the kitchen were dirty, even with food residue. The blanket in the master bedroom was dirty, so much so that we chose to cover ourselves with the towels.

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. The common areas and the pool were very good, and the location is quiet and safe. The host was always attentive and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Miriam and the team's service was always timely. The room with a double bed requires attention to the hot-cold water regulator, as it is difficult to regulate. The location is very suitable in the Zona Diamante, close to restaurants and the Convention Center.

Everything was great. The only thing is that when we arrived, they were still cleaning. The air conditioning in the main bedroom doesn't blow much, but overall, everything was very good.

The apartment adequately provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, I believe it could be further improved with a few small adjustments. For example, it would be ideal to check the water regulation in the shower, as currently the water tends to come out very hot or very cold, making it difficult to find a suitable temperature. Also, replacing some kitchen utensils could contribute to a better experience, as some appear a bit worn.
