I enjoyed my stay at Maritza 's apartment. The apartment matches the photos and is very organized and clean. The filter water was a very thoughtful addition. The neighborhood is safe with lots of restaurants to choose from. The museums and central market are a short Uber ride. You can walk to the Malls and Mimi's Cafe. I highly recommend staying at Maritza's apartment.

Great stay perfectly placed in the center on Guatemala City. Tons of restaurants and nice places to explore perfect to work from home. Gym and pool are nice too

I had an excellent experience during my stay. From the first moment, they made me feel welcome and were always attentive to any need. There was a moment of concern because I thought I had lost my card, but the host gave me immediate support, a lot of patience, and a very friendly attitude. At no time did they make me feel uncomfortable; on the contrary, they always looked for solutions and offered me the necessary help until I finally found it. I am very grateful for the attention, empathy, and excellent service I received. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
