The Space
Casa Palmeras is a modern, family-friendly home situated within the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla. This spacious residence is located in one of Guanacaste's most serene and picturesque areas. The house features a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen including a barbecue, a laundry room, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned to ensure comfort. Pre-stocking of groceries is available upon request.
The main living area is bright and airy, offering an open-concept living and dining space that accommodates up to 10 guests.

- Master Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom, private porch, double vanity, walk-in closet, internet-enabled TV, blackout blinds.
- Bedroom 1: Two queen beds, ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: One queen bed, garden views.

Casa Palmeras is located within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive resort community that boasts four of Costa Rica's finest beaches: Avellanas, Mansita, Bonita, and Langosta.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club
Starting January 1, 2025, there is a $5 daily non-consumable fee per person to access the Beach Club. Children aged 10 and under are free. Please note, the Beach Club will be closed for maintenance from October 5 to 18, 2026.
Surfing
Avellanas Beach, home to the Beach Club, offers six world-class surf breaks, including Little Hawaii, the Estero, Dead Tree, and Lola’s. Tamarindo and Langosta beaches are approximately a 30-minute drive from Casa Palmeras.
JW Marriott Hotel Hacienda Pinilla
The JW Marriott Hotel is located within Hacienda Pinilla. Guests of Casa Palmeras can enjoy access to the hotel’s various restaurants by reservation. Day passes are available for purchase, granting access to the hotel’s grounds and amenities.
Playa Mansita & Bonita
These beaches, near the JW Marriott Hotel, feature excellent tide pools during low tides.
Tennis Courts
There are two tennis courts with an onsite instructor named Sylvain. Private, semi-private, and group lessons are offered. Regular activities include kids’ camps and pickleball events.
Mountain Bike Trails
Hacienda Pinilla offers over 45 kilometers of trails through ranch land, forest, and coastline. The trails cater to all skill levels, from beginners to experts, providing scenic routes and challenging terrain. Bike rentals are available onsite.
Horseback Riding
Horseback riding tours include shuttle service, a tour guide, bottled water, and helmets. Tours operate daily from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Extended hours and half-day tours with lunch are also available.

The place is just like the pictures. It was spotless and the instructions provided by Vanessa were very clear. The house is the perfect getaway with family or friends.

Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Casa Palmeras. The house was very clean, neighborhood was safe and beautiful, and Vanessa and Audrey were always available and great communicators.

Our group had an amazing time. The home was amazing, easy to get to, and plenty of places to eat and beaches nearby to relax. Vanessa and Audrey were very responsive and very attentive. We had a small issue with the hot water but it was resolved right away. We would absolutely go back to visit Costa Rica and stay at this same home.

From the moment we booked our stay Vanessa and Audrey provided top notch concierge services. They stayed in contact with us and were easily accessible. The home was amazing. One of the best homes we have stayed in during our travels around the world. The attention to details was priceless. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Loved the pool and outdoor deck where we enjoyed morning yoga and workouts. Enjoyed the outdoor swing for meditation. It was perfect for our family and far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return and stay in Casa De Panilla again. Looking forward to our next trip. It is absolutely beautiful!
