The Space

Casa Palmeras is a modern, family-friendly home situated within the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla. This spacious residence is located in one of Guanacaste's most serene and picturesque areas. The house features a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen including a barbecue, a laundry room, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned to ensure comfort. Pre-stocking of groceries is available upon request.

The main living area is bright and airy, offering an open-concept living and dining space that accommodates up to 10 guests.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

Starting January 1, 2025, there is a $5 daily non-consumable fee per person to access the Beach Club. Children aged 10 and under are free. Please note, the Beach Club will be closed for maintenance from October 5 to 18, 2026.

Surfing

Avellanas Beach, home to the Beach Club, offers six world-class surf breaks, including Little Hawaii, the Estero, Dead Tree, and Lola’s. Tamarindo and Langosta beaches are approximately a 30-minute drive from Casa Palmeras.

JW Marriott Hotel Hacienda Pinilla

The JW Marriott Hotel is located within Hacienda Pinilla. Guests of Casa Palmeras can enjoy access to the hotel’s various restaurants by reservation. Day passes are available for purchase, granting access to the hotel’s grounds and amenities.

Playa Mansita & Bonita

These beaches, near the JW Marriott Hotel, feature excellent tide pools during low tides.

Tennis Courts

There are two tennis courts with an onsite instructor named Sylvain. Private, semi-private, and group lessons are offered. Regular activities include kids’ camps and pickleball events.

Mountain Bike Trails

Hacienda Pinilla offers over 45 kilometers of trails through ranch land, forest, and coastline. The trails cater to all skill levels, from beginners to experts, providing scenic routes and challenging terrain. Bike rentals are available onsite.

Horseback Riding

Horseback riding tours include shuttle service, a tour guide, bottled water, and helmets. Tours operate daily from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Extended hours and half-day tours with lunch are also available.
