3BR House in Antigua Guatemala

Lovely home in a beautiful and private neighborhood. Stephanie’s home added to our wonderful trip in Antigua. Will definitely be back the first chance I get!

The house was spotless. True to the listing. Everything was very clean and super well organized. The utensils are complete and functional. The house's terrace is a great touch. TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms. I'd go back.

Stephanie is a dream host and their home is an idyllic place to stay when visiting Antigua! We are no strangers to the area so we knew exactly what type of place we wanted and where it needed to be. Stephanie’s home is steps from some of our favorite Restaurants and coffee shops and minutes from Central Park and the arch. We needed a safe and comfortable place for our family to stay with our young children and her home provided exactly what we needed with all amenities at your fingertips: pack n play, a housekeeper willing to run errands and cook, washer and dryer (which was so handy for our family) and all your living needs! Stephanie was so responsive and SO gracious! I felt we became friends through this stay and I look forward to staying in her home again!

The house is very nice and spacious. Steph was very friendly and was thoughtful enough to let us check in early. Please note that the master bedroom does not have a fan and the windows do not have screens. So it's very hot! A ceiling fan would be the best option. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak. So if you're going for work, consider that. Otherwise, excellent!!!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful, gated neighborhood!

This was one of the best stays we have ever had, the home was beautiful, clean and homey. The views were amazing and the walk to town was easy. The host was so kind to our needs and very easy to communicate with. Definitely would stay here again!!

Stephanie is what all hosts and hostesses should aspire to be. Every question we asked was answered promptly, friendly and thoughtfully. On our way from Guatemala City, we messaged her to see if she could help us source groceries and the answer was “of course”. Her assistant Angela delivered the groceries exactly as we had ordered them. We found Stephanie‘s home to be a model of Guatemalan luxury, as described and depicted. It was perfect for the five of us. I highly recommend!

Great house with all the amenities we needed with comfortable, well appointed bedrooms, and clean pleasant bathrooms. Which is great, but what makes the house great are the hang out spaces. Downstairs living area opens up onto the interior garden and is a comfortable refuge. The rooftop patio, however, is where I found myself the most. Comfortably watching Volcán Fuego puff away while enjoying an evening beverage checked a critical vacation box.

In 2023 i stayed here for an entire month and coming back today felt like coming home. The house is even more beautiful than I remember. Its walking distance to the center but you still have the privacy of a residential area.
