Overview

Spectacular House is a magnificent property in Cuautla, Morelos, designed for gatherings with family and friends. It accommodates 1 to 30 guests for the same price, although the booking system may allow reservations for only up to 16 people.

The Space

The house offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas for relaxing and spending time together. The large pool and slide provide entertainment for both children and adults, while the gardens and tennis court offer additional space for recreation.

All ten bedrooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning. Air conditioning is available for an additional cost of $100 per bedroom for the entire stay.

Bedrooms 7 through 10 are located on the second floor, up the stairs beside the tennis court and main house.

The entrance gate measures 2.50 meters high by 3.90 meters wide. The garage can accommodate up to 12 cars.

Tents and inflatables are not permitted because they can damage the grass.

Pool Heating

The pool water can be heated to 30°C with the use of the boiler.

Reservations and Minimum Stays

• Weekend reservations require a minimum stay of two nights.
• Holiday reservations require a minimum stay of four nights.
• The total price is calculated by the booking system after you enter the exact dates and number of guests.
• The property accommodates up to 30 guests for the same price, even if the system displays a lower maximum.

Cleaning

The booking system charges a $2,500 cleaning fee per stay. This fee covers cleaning after guests leave so the property can meet hygiene and cleaning requirements before the next guests arrive.

The cleaning fee does not include cleaning during your stay. Guests are expected to leave the house and kitchen reasonably clean and orderly.

Check-In and Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out depends on whether there are reservations immediately before or after your stay.

• Additional time costs $300 pesos per hour for either check-in or check-out.
• Ask about the possibility of arriving up to two hours early at no additional cost.
• This option is not available during holidays.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m. The property is located within a residential development with community rules, and nighttime noise is not permitted after this time.

If a noise complaint results in a $2,000-peso fine, the guest is responsible for paying it.

Pets

The property is pet-friendly.

• Cost: $800 per pet for the entire stay
• Maximum: Three small or medium-sized pets
• Guests must provide the pet’s type, size, and weight in advance.

Guests are responsible for:

• Cleaning up all pet waste inside and outside the house
• Pouring a bucket of water over areas where pets urinate
• Preventing pets from scratching or damaging doors
• Not leaving pets locked in bathrooms or bedrooms

Additional Payments

All additional services and fees must be paid in cash to the manager on the day of arrival.

Location

The property is located in Colonia Cuautlixco in Cuautla, Morelos, on the corner before Fraccionamiento Los Sabinos.

To reach the house, enter through Avenida Reforma beside the Chevrolet dealership. Turn left between Juárez Park and the Volkswagen dealership. Continue for two blocks past two large speed bumps. The property is on the left-hand corner, marked by a stone wall and black gate.
