XpuHa Paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property! Our main concern when visiting an unfamiliar area was safety, but we always felt safe and secure. The security, peaceful surroundings, and quiet atmosphere made for a very relaxing vacation, and we never saw anything worrisome or out of the ordinary. Everyone we encountered provided wonderful service. The location was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and many other attractions in the Riviera Maya. We also highly recommend the beach club. ! The private, quiet atmosphere, spectacular service, helpful staff, pool, and beautiful ocean breeze made it the perfect way to spend our last day. Overall, a great place for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is practically new. It is spacious, comfortable, and everything worked properly during our visit. You can tell it's well maintained and it's a great option to rest. It is important to consider that the property is located in a new development and a little far from Playa del Carmen. To find restaurants, supermarkets or stores, you usually have to drive 15 to 20 minutes. Also, during our stay, no food delivery platforms, such as Uber Eats, accepted orders for this location, so I recommend arriving with some groceries or planning meals in advance. There is also a house under construction next door. There was some activity for a couple of mornings, but the noise was minimal and at no time did it affect our stay. Overall, it is a very comfortable, clean and spacious house. If you are looking for tranquility and don't mind driving a few minutes to get to restaurants or services, it's a very good option.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, a very nice place for those looking for a quiet place with friends and family. You can exercise, run, swim and have a barbecue. The hosts are always attentive and friendly. We'll be back!!!

Excellent beautiful home - perfect for a family of 4. Lovely little pool. INCREDIBLY safe and secure neighborhood. The area is still under construction - so you can tell a lot more is coming. The house is a little tricky to find - ask for instructions from the lovely security staff - but it's a little gem. Felt brand new. The beach club for the residents is lovely and fun- also a little tricky to find, but you can ask for help. We loved it! I hope to come back.

The house is an amazing and beautiful place, just like the photos. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The fact that it has a pool is a plus!!!! The rooms are excellent, and the beds are amazing. We liked it very much. We enjoyed the stay as a family and we would definitely come back!!! Thank you for your kindness

Excellent experience from start to finish. The property stands out for its cleanliness, the good taste of the decor and an ideal atmosphere to disconnect from the routine. We want to thank them for the warmth and professionalism in the service received. The management was impeccable, and they answered every question instantly. A highly recommended place to truly rest.

Great stay, house was well appointed, secure, clean and everything we needed! We wish we were not working for this trip so we could have utilized the amenities of the community. Hosts were VERY helpful in securing transportation and recommendations!

it was a joy to stay in this spacious house and be within driving distance of both Playa and Tulum for the evenings. We spent most our days at the associated beach club which was extremely easy to get to and had great food. Communications were very easy throughout our stay.
