Beach Access
In Tulum, many of the best beaches are located behind private beach clubs. Through direct relationships with 10 sought-after clubs along the Mexican Caribbean coast—including Gitano, Hotel Panamera, Umi, and Mia—guests can receive access and assistance with reservations.
After booking, you will receive the Jungle Luxe guest guide, which outlines each club’s terms and minimum spending requirements. Beach day reservations can be placed directly through the app the day before, making it easy to arrive with your name confirmed on the list.
Most Tulum beach clubs operate with a minimum food-and-drink spend instead of a traditional entrance fee. Requirements vary by club. Through October, many clubs waive or reduce their minimums, while requirements are generally higher during high season. The app provides the details in advance so you know what to expect.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Tulum beaches.
Free options are also available through public beach access points and a small number of Tulum hotels that keep public access open. Your concierge can recommend the best options for your stay, including honest guidance on chair availability and crowd levels.
House Guidelines
Casa Ceh welcomes groups celebrating together, including bachelorette parties. Please help us keep the property residential and respectful by following these guidelines:

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and just as pictured. The hosts were very responsive and replied quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was very slow on the upper floors and worked much better if you were on the first floor. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Pros - Rachel was a fantastic host. Incredibly responsive and was able to organize a private chef meal and various beach clubs for our group of 7. The house is spacious, with balconies on almost all the bedrooms, and on-suite washrooms. The common area is stunning and we had it to ourselves! Cons - The private chef, organized through the airbnb, was some of the worst food we’ve had. Cold, bland, overcooked. It was convenient for our travel day to have dinner made at the airbnb but that was the only positive about that experience. The gate code provided did not work. Thankfully there was a security guard to let us in but they were not always around. We had a sewage issue that caused the bathrooms to smell like sulfur. Not pleasant. The pool was dirty. You have to drive everywhere, as there is nothing around the airbnb in walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this place. The cons really are minor/fixable and this was a lovely home.
