We had a wonderful stay. This was our first time visiting Cabo and this place has it all. I would recommend staying here and taking advantage of all the amenities they offer. We’re looking forward to booking with Juan in the future.

Amazing location and beautiful property with spectacular views! Our second time staying and it didn’t disappoint.

Juan’s place is spectacular. The condo, pool, gym, beach, location, and everything exceeded expectations. That view is amazing! My adult kids and I walked to a new dinner place every night and enjoyed our days by the pool. Juan was responsive and helped arrange great transportation to and from the airport. Juan is a great host and we will be back. Thank you Juan!

Beautiful property with incredible views and a perfect beachfront location. Very spacious, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Beautiful patio. Great BBQ. Perfect accommodation for our family of four. Just like the photos, if not better. We spent most of our time here because it was so relaxing. The pool area could get a bit crowded and chairs were limited at times, but it didn’t impact our stay. We actually preferred the beach, where there were always plenty of chairs and the water was so refreshing. Close to many restaurants in town, which we really enjoyed and found to be better value than the hotel options. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back.

We had an incredible stay at Juan’s place! The home is absolutely beautiful and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—it really felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the warm throw blankets; Cabo mornings in January can be surprisingly chilly, and that thoughtful touch made our coffee-on-the-patio time so much cozier. Juan was a fantastic host, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Juan's spot is a little piece of paradise in Cabo. very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and exceptional views. Juan was extremely helpful and responsive. The resort has wonderful amenities as well. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect. Our view from the balcony was gorgeous Ocean and pool view. Although I would like to pay less, this was worth it for the 4 of us. Six people would be very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms, one extra with a shower which was a surprise and nice to have. Everything about this place was clean. Every staff member were so sweet and always accommodating. It was quiet too. The food was amazing at the restaurant by the pool which overlooked the Ocean. We were all very happy and relaxed. I would love to stay here again.

This was my first time vacationing in Cabo and I could not have asked for a better experience. The condo I rented from Juan at Villa La Estancia exceeded all expectations. The resort itself is stunning, and honestly, the photos on Airbnb do not come close to capturing how beautiful and well maintained the property really is. The condo was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with incredible views from the balcony that made every morning and evening extra special. Juan was an outstanding host. He was responsive, thoughtful, and truly committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I had a small issue during my stay and he took care of it right away with professionalism and care. He even checked in regularly just to make sure we had everything we needed, which I really appreciated. I am already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Juan for making my first trip to Cabo so memorable.

So happy with this choice for our Cabo girls trip. Plenty of room, walkable to town, quiet, not crowded. Communication with the host was A+. Thank you!
