If you are looking for a place to stay on a paradise island on the beach book this place - it is out of this world - walk out of the villa straight onto the beach and into the ocean it’s totally amazing - the house is also beautiful with a lovely pool and loads of outside seating to choose from - book immediately it’s just paradise we never wanted to leave - walk along the beach at night to a lovely bar and restaurant

A piece of heaven on earth! We loved our stay, great for family and kids. The pool and beach right at your feet is the best value of this property. We will book it again our next time in Nicaragua! Had all you need, fully equipped kitchen and so close to San Juan del sur town that you can buy all you need or even eat outside or order food nearby. The bedding was very nice, soft and comfortable, we care a lot for our sleep and we had a great rest. The house was very clean and having the staff on site made us feel safe. Absolutely stunning location. The house is a dream. So easy to walk to the most beautiful beach and a very short drive to San Juan Del sur if you feel like exploring but Juanita’s restaurant next door has delicious food and delivers right to the house. Their service is outstanding too. If you are looking for the perfect getaway in Nicaragua, this is it. I came with a multigenerational family and everyone loved it. My young kids 9-10 loved Majahualt beach and took surfing lessons in maderas. Just a 5 mins drive. If you come across this house; book it. You won’t regret it. I’ll be coming back to it for sure.

We loved staying at Casa Yosi. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially loved all of the outdoor spaces including the pool under plenty of shade, the beach access was perfect, and the outdoor seating and eating areas. Manuel and Maria were so kind and even helped us by making a necessary pharmacy run for a family member that forgot their medication. Overall, we loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved this place. The location couldn’t have been better. Right on the beach with gorgeous views and the perfect setting to relax. This house exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was also a huge highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable. Plenty of spaces outside to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. A special thank you to Manuel! He was so kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. He was always nearby if we needed anything and made us feel well taken care of. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in San Juan del Sur. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend booking for as many days as you can because you won’t want to leave!

This place exceeded my expectations. We went for the beach. You are literally on the sand five yards from breaking waves. Three minute walk to another very nice beach (which had a small restaurant that served good food). Multiple very nice beaches a five to ten minute drive away. Close drive to San Juan Del Sur to eat at night. Maria and Manuel were very nice and helpful. We would return here in a heartbeat.

Check in was smooth, the house is beautiful and comfortable for everyone, each room has their own bathroom. It has a couple food options very close and they'll bring the food to you. Overall grear experience. Will definitely do it again in the future.
