The Space
This brand-new luxury 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo in Matapalo is located within the Diria Resort, offering one of the best locations in Tamarindo. The condo overlooks a pristine garden and a 10,000 square foot free-form pool.
The unit features a spacious balcony with ample outdoor seating and is professionally decorated with high-end furnishings. With over 1,500 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for your group to relax and spread out.
The living and dining areas are roomy and comfortable. Entertainment options include a plasma TV in the family room with cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. Central air conditioning keeps the space cool.
Both bedrooms are generously sized and include private full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the guest bedroom contains two queen beds. A travel crib can be arranged through the concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.
The kitchen is equipped with custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. An inside utility room includes a washer and dryer.
Additional amenities include an in-room safe, 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access. Complimentary essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap are provided. The condo is also fully stocked with beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and other useful items for your convenience.
Resort Access and Amenities
As a condo guest, you have exclusive access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool located directly in front of the unit. You can also access Tamarindo Beach through the Diria Resort property, along with the resort’s shops and restaurants.
Please note that the breakfast buffet is available for an additional charge and is subject to availability. Other hotel amenities such as towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and gym facilities are reserved for hotel guests only.
Pool and beach towels, as well as foldable chairs, are provided free of charge for your use within the condo area.
To use the resort facilities, guests aged 12 and older must wear a bracelet. Prior to arrival, the concierge team will request guest details, including full names and passport photos, to prepare these bracelets. Identification of the person who made the reservation is required at check-in to maintain security.
Location
The Diria Resort is the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo, placing you close to a variety of activities and attractions. Tamarindo offers world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining options. Popular day trips include visits to nearby volcanoes and white-water rafting adventures.

The apartment was an ideal location being around many restaurants shops and bars. The main attraction of the location was the big pool and beach access through the hotel. The apartment itself was enough space for our 5 member family. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you need. I would try to get this apartment again if I come back to Tamarindo.

We have been to Tamarindo many times. This time, we found that the town has improved quite a lot, with good sidewalks, good paved roads, and lots of nice places to see and visit. The beach is fantastic. The condo is very nice.

Great communication both prior to and during our stay. The condo is easy to find and access. There is a security guard to let you in and direct parking. The condo is within the Diria complex providing access to the main large pool and across the street to the beach. There is no access for the gym or breakfast, which is reserved for the hotel guests. Not an issue, simply to understand what you'll have access to. The location is perfect and the unit is beautifully kept. This was a last minute travel change for us and we had no issues. We would not hesitate to book again.

Location was perfect! Lots to do within walking distance. Was a little hesitant to book the Airbnb with no recent reviews but it exceeded our expectations! Condo was better than the photos. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

This is probably my most favorite place that we've stayed as frequent patrons of airbnb. The pool was amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable and there was tons of space for my family of 4 to enjoy. This is the only place we will stay when we visit Tamarindo again!

We had a wonderful time at this spacious and luxurious condo that was part of the Tamarindo Doris resort. The home had everything we could have needed during our stay, and was very centrally located. Our children loved the resort pool downstairs. Thank you for a great stay!
