Excellent stay! Very close to everything which was a plus especially when we decided to walk. The place was extremely clean and beautiful as pictured. One of the guests on the trip decided to stay longer and the hosts were super accommodating with helping to extend the stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was very spacious and clean for the most part. The dishwasher was a bit dirty (just needs a good deep clean without dishes), so we ended up washing our dishes by hand, but aside from that everything was great. The first night, we were able to walk down to the Romantic Zone for dinner, which was a nice bonus. Alejandra the co-host was very responsive anytime we needed anything, and the security at the complex made us feel safe throughout our stay. The residents were very welcoming as well. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again! SN: I loved the pool area, it was so relaxing & peaceful.

The unit is gorgeous! Kitchen stocked, beds comfortable, nice linens, lots of towels, & very clean. Alejandra was a wonderful host & accommodating in every possible way! She was great with answering questions, arranging transport, etc. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests. Unit is on the 1st floor (although the actual building is on a cliffside) so higher units would have views of the ocean, but this unit has direct access to the pool area from the patio. We had a bit of a view from the living room but it was mainly the pool area. Privacy may be an issue for some pp, but there is a large grassy area between the patio & the pool so people weren’t right outside. Security are all very nice & can call a cab but usually there’s one parked outside, & many pass by. Pool is gorgeous & pretty warm. The walk into the RZ was maybe 15 min but roads are very steep, & there’s a massive set of stairs, prob 60-70. Can’t recommend this property highly enough, or the city itself!

Awesome property and location! Watched 2 amazing sunsets from the pool area and could not have had a better view of that and all of PV!

Had an amazing stay, and the hosting company was great. The walk too and from town wasn't bad, and there were ample ubers available. Would stay again!

This property is a legit 5 star property, every aspect of our trip was met. All of the guests in our group kept saying … we deserve this!! We all work hard and we definitely deserved a stress free week . Thank again to the amazing hosts , you will be seeing me again .

We had an amazing time at the property. The condo was exactly as listed with beautiful views of all of Puerto Vallarta, comfortable beds, and really great customer service from Tiani and the property team. Check-in was very easy and flexible, except the front security guard process was a little confusing. Once we told him our room number and Tiani arrived, it was no issue. The pool was beautiful and always clean, but never got crowded. We had it to ourselves a few times. It is more up the hill from the town and beach but it is walkable (with a lot of stairs) and is a super fast (~5 minutes) and affordable Uber away. Close to restaurants, shops, bars, beach. The grocery service is definitely recommended, and an amazing perk, as there didn’t seem to be an actual grocery store nearby, or close enough to walk up from. There are plenty of smaller convenience stores in the town for smaller items. It was a great trip and our stay at Paramount Bay was amazing! Would stay again!

My family and I stayed 7 nights. Condo was beautiful and looked even better in person than the in the pics. Loved that the kitchen had more than enough amenities to meet a family of six needs. Everything was modern and up to date. Condo was very clean and the beds slept well. I really appreciated having access to enough towels, linen, and extra toilet paper. Shower was hot. Our host was very nice and accommodating. Condo was quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe. If light bothers you when you are sleeping, you might want to bring a sleep mask. Light slips through the shades of the largest bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The ground floor location made it exceptionally easy for my older parents to enjoy the outside spaces and for my children to take advantage of the pool whenever they felt like it. The walk to the town was somewhat steep for my parents, but Uber drivers were plentiful and responsive.

Beautiful condo within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. Very spacious with a relaxing atmosphere. Loved having the pool so close. Management team was wonderful at providing checkin information, greeting us upon arrival, providing recommendations and arranging for a late checkout.

Beautiful condo, would 100% book again. The photos are all accurate; the condo is amazing and well-stocked with everything we needed. Having a first floor unit with a patio and gate to walk straight out into the pool was a huge plus. The staff and security of the building were kind and helpful. Tiani, the concierge, was immediately responsive to any needs, questions, and a few simple maintenance requests. This is a very quiet condo, just off the road that goes straight into the romantic zone. Easy to get to by car and by foot (though a bit of a hike). An incredibly beautiful condo with excellent hosts.

Great spot that was only a 10 minutes walk to the beach and the bars in old town. The place was clean, modern, and everything we needed. The pool was very nice and not very busy.

The team was amazing, the space was gorgeous. We had such a wonderful time during our Vacation. Very walkable, lots to do, and a host that will help you with anything you need.

By far the best management experience I have had renting in PV. Tiani was exceptional. Responded to all request immediately and was there to greet us. The condo is beautiful and best of all, QUIET! Short walk to town and the pool and view, wow! We loved our stay and Dash & Lifestyle properties went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful stay. Just what we expected.

Tiani, our concierge, was responsive on the Airbnb app every step of the way. She was able to follow up and help us resolve a broken AC very promptly. Property looked even better in person than photos. Note that the poolside bar wasn’t in service. I believe it only operates during events. Gym equipment was on the older side, but did the trick and offered variety. Town was about an 8-10 minute walk downhill.

The team was amazing and would stay there again anytime.

My friends and I stayed at this property four nights and we never wanted to leave. Access to the amazing pool was so close and easy. The property was clean, big, and close to everything. Easy access to the boardwalk, romantic zone, etc. I do recommend this property.
