Everything was excellent. The service from the people in the house and the host was the best. The facilities are also very good. Everything's perfect.

this was the perfect place for our family to gather. The housekeeper Bety went above and beyond to meet our families' needs. we were impressed with the security of the Villa. it's already inside a gated community and is walled with a secure door which is opened by staff. There were so many activities available - tennis, pickle ball, swimming, billiards. we also loved all the different seating areas, this was exactly what we wanted to naturally bring the family together. overall just an incredible and unique property that is ideal for a family vacation.

Me and my wife had our wedding in Atlixco and our families stayed in Janna’s property. It was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic, the property itself is stunning (all our family were amazed at how beautiful it was) there was so much space for the kids to run around and play in the pool and honestly it couldn’t have been better. Janna was super helpful and gave us everything we needed. The property is beautifully kept and the service was impeccable. The only downside was that eventually we had to leave 😭 Thank you so much to Janna & Betty 🫶 you helped make our wedding weekend really special ✨

Our experience in Villa San Francisco was excellent in every way. The property is in perfect condition, with all the necessary amenities to enjoy and relax. The pool, paddle tennis court and tennis court are impeccable, and there is also a wide variety of games and spaces for all ages. The location is ideal and the service was exceptional: Janna was always attentive, friendly and available for any detail. The staff at the house were friendly, very helpful and did an excellent job. And the pizzas were exquisite! You can see the care and dedication in every aspect of the villa. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to. Highly recommended!

Janna is an excellent host, super responsive. This was a return trip for us and it was absolutely perfect again. It is one amazing place and the service is wonderful. The house and grounds are beautiful. Bety is a treasure and so pleasant to be around. 100 % recommend. Please do not pass on the pizza, or you will be sad. I don't want to repeat myself previous review. I'll just end with if you can stay here you are lucky and will be thankful that you had the experience. We can't wait to return.

It's not the first time I've stayed here, but every time it's better than the last! Communication with Janna is always very easy. The house is amazing, very comfortable with everything you need. Honestly one of my favourite stays of all time! Really great for a big family or a large group of friends. We stayed for a week and we were able to work with minimal internet connectivity issues! Janna is very responsive and the staff is absolutely amazing! Loved the stay, was truly a memorable getaway👌

The house is super nice, big, beautiful and clean with spacious rooms. The whole family, adults and children, really enjoyed the pool, tennis and paddle courts and soccer, the game room, as well as the different green areas to chat and rest. Janna was an excellent host, she was super responsive and informative. The house is even more beautiful in person and lives up to all the descriptions and pictures. Our family of 10 had an absolutely wonderful time. We did a few day trips to Atlixco and Cholula but we loved just hanging out at the pool or playing pool inside. I recommend having Bety assist with your stay, she is so kind and helpful. Do not miss having Dionisio make pizza for you. I truly cannot say enough great things about the property and people who make it all happen. We are already planning a return trip and can't wait.

This place is amazing, I can't recommend it more! It truly is a gem for any family group wanting to spend some quality time together. It really was a pleasure to be in this property... there are so many activities you can do within the property, you will never get bored! Janna is a great host, always responsive, sensitive to our group's needs and did her very best to accommodate our extra requests. If we ever have need of a property this size we will be back for sure, there aren't many places like this one... don't miss out on it!

I've already stayed at this house again, and I never have enough time to enjoy it because there's so much to do. My children's friends came, and everything went better than expected since there are many spaces and places. The paddle tennis was a great choice!! Everyone took advantage of it. The pool was wonderful at an ideal temperature. There was help in the kitchen and cleaning all day, which is appreciated when you go to rest, and there was plenty of space outdoors and indoors for everyone to have their own space to enjoy. I'll come back whenever I can. It is a very comfortable, beautiful, well-furnished house with everything you need so you don't have to bring anything extra except your food and suitcase. It's designed for spending time with family or friends and enjoying the experience like a 5-star hotel. Thank you, Janna!!

Janna was super responsive to all our questions and needs. Take her up on the offer to have kitchen help! We got fresh pizza cooked on their wood burning oven! The folks that maintained the grounds were awesome.

The place was so beautifully maintained and great for families/kid friendly! We hired the couple that are caretakers to help us with cooking and it was wonderful! Bety goes above and beyond for the guests. We had her husband Dionicio prepare pizzas for us in the outdoor pizza oven on Thursday night and it was wonderful! The area is beautiful. It is a 40 peso Uber to the grocery store or 60-70 to el zocalo. Totally recommend for families!

We had a wedding near the property so the number of bedrooms and the location were the 2 biggest factors in our original decision to stay here. Jenna and her staff and the property itself will be why we return. The people are extremely helpful.

Great place, totally recommended for families

My family and I spent four glorious days at Janna's place. After several months of "staying at home" due to COVID measures, we really needed to get away from the city and have room to stretch, play, enjoy, and spend time together. Janna's place more than lived up to its description and allowed us to renew, and recharge for the summer. The swimming pool, soccer field, and tennis court provided us the opportunity to stay active and reconnect as a family. There's a paved path within the fenced property that's long enough to count as a walk. The staff were more than helpful and friendly -- we cooked pizzas more than once. I cannot speak highly enough of Janna's property and highly recommend staying there. We enjoyed her place so much that we're already planning to return asap. Muchísimas gracias, Janna!

AMAZING STAY, LOCATION, AND HOSPITALITY!!! I really have nothing negative to say about this place or the host! Worth every penny to experience this amazing stay! The host and care takes are wonderful and attentive. The first night re was an issue with one of the toilets and it was fixed almost instantly. If you’re on the fence about this place don’t be! Just do it!

It is the ideal house to spend a few days relaxing with family and/or friends. Very quiet area, the best service you can get from the hosts. You will fall in love with the house!!!

The house is unique. Spaces designed for enjoyment. The rooms were comfortable, and nothing was missing. We have 3 children and they all enjoyed it because there was so much to do and they had a good time. The service was great and very attentive. The only thing we lacked was more time to enjoy it. Thanks for always being available and attentive. Excellent host who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I would come back without thinking twice.
