Hello, our experience at this property was very pleasant, the house is very nice and very cozy, the cleanliness when we arrived at the house was impeccable, no bugs anywhere, the water in the showers was always warm, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food, the refrigerator is spacious and works well, cable TV which works perfectly but you really don't use it since it's best to enjoy the garden and the pool, This point is very important to us and it was really a delight since we hired the boiler and air conditioning service and we do not regret it at all, parking for 5 cars and we left one outside but the subdivision is very safe, and a plus the pool table that makes you spend a very pleasant time, the attention of José Luis was always timely, he is a very kind person and is always attentive to everything, thank you very much, in short I would rent it again 👌🏻 PD. My pets are the happiest 🙌🏻

Lalo's house is beautiful, just like the photos, I loved the pool with that plus of having a heater, it was excellent and the garden is very beautiful. It has all the services for a comfortable stay, I felt at home. Mr. José Luis, who is in charge, was very kind and attentive, he was always attentive to what might be needed, I highly recommend it. Clean, nice and spacious house, comfortable beds, the Very nice pool deep enough for the whole family, which allowed us to use it all, even those who did not know how to swim, the house matches the photos and Lalo and José Luis were attentive in case we needed anything. We hired the air conditioning and it helped us with this heat wave. I highly recommend it.

The house is extraordinary, full of trees and comfortable for large groups. It's rare to find houses with comfortable beds, a bathroom per room, a clean pool and a beautiful garden. This is the second time we have stayed here and we would do it again. Lalo is always kind and helpful with directions, José Luis is always attentive to whatever you might need.

Perfect place to stay with the family!! Spacious, comfortable, equipped!!! Just as you see it in the photos!!! Things to consider: since there is a lot of vegetation, you will find a lot of mosquitoes, so it is 100% recommended to bring a good repellent!! The subdivision store only has the most basic items, soft drinks, beers, water, snacks and basic personal hygiene items. The store DOES NOT HAVE CHARCOAL!!! You can find everything else in the store in the center of the village next to the kiosk, including charcoal. Consider the time of year, these days it's cold in the afternoons and evenings, and although the boiler helps a lot, the pool feels a little cold!!! José Luis's help was simply excellent!!! Always attentive and ready to help!! The house is really EXCELLENT!!! I hope to return at a warmer time to enjoy it even more!!!!

The stay was very pleasant since the house has everything you need for a good vacation.(It is not necessary to bring disposables and utensils for cooking). The pool is very good in size and very good depth for both children and adults. The very enjoyable water (hiring the heating service for the pool and air conditioning for the house). I thank Eduardo for sharing his home with us. We had a great time. There were 5 of us, families with 5-year-old children, and we all had a lot of fun and got plenty of rest. The house is big enough and has spaces to do different things, although the best thing is the pool, with the covered table area and lounge chairs with umbrellas; we spent practically the whole day there. The green areas, although not very large, allowed us to do activities with the kids. The house has everything you need for cooking, but if you plan to cook, I recommend bringing food from outside (that's what we did) because the town doesn't have many options. I also strongly recommend that you sign up for heating and air conditioning; it definitely helped us have a better time. For us, as a group of friends, we really appreciated that each room had its own bathroom; it made things much easier with the kids.

I, my family and our dog loved the place, a lot of privacy and tranquility, ideal to rest a couple of days of the noise and stress of the city, it complies with everything it offers except for the boiler in the pool, in the personal the over charge was made a little expensive since it was not in optimal operation, the water felt a little cold when being active was not much the difference, at night the water was at the same temperature even though it had been turned off hours earlier so we did not notice a big difference in operation but good that is optional, so talking about the accommodation and its description, everything was excellent, we definitely hope to return soon.

A huge place for 15 people or a little more, we put 3 cars in without a problem, everything you need in the kitchen, huge pool, I recommend the boiler although the temperature was always very good to get in at any time, check-in and check-out with excellent schedules to enjoy all day, the house manager is always attentive and friendly, there is a home delivery store although due to the season it took about 30-40 min. Super recommended house.

The garden area is very nice and clean, on the side of the pool there are very comfortable loungers and a palapa with chairs and a table to enjoy an outdoor meal, in addition the subdivision is very quiet and safe, it has a small store inside the subdivision. If you bring everything you need for food, there is a store in the subdivision , or if you need to go out because of something that the store does not have the center is super close, but everything is very good.
