The house has a beautiful view. The rooms are super clean and smell really nice. The house has thoughtful details to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Javier and Ali are very nice people :) Ali cooks delicious food; it reminded us of our grandmother's cooking. Javier was always super attentive and never pushy; we really appreciate that. The pool is delightful, with a beautiful view and always warm. The area is lovely; the hot tub was a pleasant surprise; I was very comfortable staying there. We had a great time, and the house feels like a home. Everything flowed great.

Sergio’s home is gorgeous! The location was great/walkable and the panoramic views are to die for. Everything was clean, lots of amenities, plunge pool, hot tub, etc. Sergio was proactive around advance planning, arranged a car to pick us up in CDMX, etc. Everything was easy and relaxing. The home has two outdoor seating areas, and two indoor living rooms - great set up for families - there is plenty of space to hang out without being on top of each other. The house staff, Javier and Ali, were amazing. The food that Ali was delicious!!! We enjoyed enmoladas, fish Veracruz, chilaquiles for breakfast (delicious green sauce & mole). Plus amazing smoothies, fresh fruit plates and more! They were so sweet and helpful. Each day they asked what we’d like, then did the shopping and cooking (we reimbursed, and found the recommended tip to be very reasonable). It was almost like a private hotel experience! Nearby there is waterskiing, paragliding and butterfly tours! Enjoy!!!

The house is very nice and the service takes away the palms. Javi and Ali took care of us very well, always very attentive and very friendly. The house is very spacious and has everything you don't want to go out. We will repeat very soon. Sergio is always attentive. We really had an amazing time!! The best place in Valle de Bravo.

Sergio's place is amazing! The house is just perfect and Ali and Javier were outstanding. We were 10 people for 5 nights and we didn't want to leave :D The pool and hot tub are always hot and ready, the different rooms and terraces make this a perfect place to be together with family and friends. We will go back!

The stay in VALLE DE BRAVO in this beautiful house ... tidy super functional ... and (this means that everything works... )above all very warm ... really feels like one at home ... and so you can enjoy the harmony of its spaces ... its pool, its jacuzzi... its terraces with an extraordinary view of the lake and its mountains ... that welcome you deeply ...and the reflections come naturally ...the accompaniment of ALI and JAVIER ... makes the stay ... it is very quiet and welcoming... I highly recommend the house ...

I'm not sure how we will return to regular vacations after staying in Sergio's phenomenal place in Valle. The view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the gardens, the food, the not having to cook the food or shop for the food ourselves... it was incredible. The view is amazing. The home has plenty of places to relax outside with ample seating where you can take in the gorgeous views. The garden is full of beautiful plants, a fish pond and water feature - it's so beautiful. Sergio and Ali made such delicious food and took wonderful care of us. My favorites were the tomato and almond soup, chicken milanese, eggplant and zucchini with tomatoes, and all of the breakfasts. Staying here was like being in a private all-inclusive. One thing to note - I listened to a white noise app on my phone at night because I'm a light sleeper and woke up otherwise.

Amazing stay at Sergio’s home. Ali and Javier were simply spectacular and attentive to any request throughout the stay. We go to Valle often but must say we have never experienced service as amazingly as this stay. Home was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults and a teenager. We will go back !!

The house is wonderful, super spacious, has many details and areas to relax, pamper and have an amazing time. The view is beautiful, everyone will be able to have a favorite corner in this house. The staff they provide, is amazing because they are always attentive to what you need, they consent you, agasajan and make you feel safe at all times. The food they prepare, it is delicious, excellent presentation, great season, always in time. It is certainly a great option for your stay in Valle de Bravo. We will be back!!

Extraordinary house and even better service from Ali and Javier!! We spent a few days with my in-laws and my parents and it was a great experience. The house is impeccable, with very nice finishes and the perfect spaces to live together. The service of Javier and Ali's cuisine are simply spectacular. Sergio and Monika are extraordinary hosts and were aware of our needs days before arriving and even when they started the stay. Thank you for everything!

Everything is just amazing. The service, the service, the details. Everything is fantastic.

I selfishly hate to let anyone else in on this little slice of heaven for fear it will become so booked that I cannot return! If there were a 6 star rating this property and it’s owners and staff would receive all 6 stars across the board! I travelled to Valle de Bravo for the first time with 12 friends (9 of us in this house and 4 in another) over the New Year holiday 2019-2020. It was my first time to Valle and planning a trip for so many people can cause a fair amount of anxiety wanting and hoping for everyone to be happy with my choices. Will there be enough space for all of us? Will everyone’s needs be met? Will the beds be comfortable? Will having staff around most of the day be awkward? How about the location and getting around? I took a lot of time to choose this home because it was on the higher price end of the many homes in Valle...and I could not have been happier that I did! From the first time I corresponded with the owners Monika and Sergio I knew I had made the right choice for our group. I have rented quite a few homes in the US and Mexico over the years and our experience from start to finish was consistently outstanding! Our days in Valle were fairly lazy, all of us needing a break from work for the holiday. We all moved at our own pace and there was plenty of space for all 9 of us to spread out whether it was outside or inside so we never felt on top of each other. Outside or inside was a difficult choice! The home is in a beautiful setting, and is extremely comfortable. It has many wonderful spaces, a calming peace about it, and is obviously lovingly cared for. We all felt like we were at a good friend’s house...not in a cold rental space as in some rental homes (the experience of our other 4 friends, unfortunately). As for meals, I had researched restaurants and we had planned to have most meals out, however, once we experienced Ali’s delicious meals and her husband Javier’s flawless attentive service we chose to have ALL of our meals at home except for one on a day trip to see the butterflies. What a treat! I cannot say enough good about Ali and Javier! They were fun and very comfortable to be with and have around (though my Spanish could be better!). If you are a coffee lover you will be in seventh heaven here with a restaurant quality coffee machine in the kitchen...americano? espresso?, cappuccino?! Did I mention Ali’s cooking?! And while we were having breakfast our beds were made and at night during dinner turned down. Meals were at one of two tables overlooking gorgeous lake Avandaro where we spent hours telling stories, playing games, laughing, and becoming even better friends. And they have real wine glasses and very nice music through the house that made the whole experience even more lovely. Tip: I highly recommend La Europea for wine, other alcohol and beer, nice cheeses, specialty items, etc. This is a nicer version of this store than others I have been in. It is within walking distance and you will not need a car if you stay in this home unless you buy too much at the store! That’s what a taxi is for and they are plentiful and very affordable. We loved Valle too, a bit of Mexico that is still Mexico which I love. We felt safe and found everyone to be helpful and charming. There is much to do in Valle or nothing at all! Javier helped us arrange a hike and a boat ride around the lake, among several other things, and was there to help us with anything we needed. Sergio was a WhatsApp away and checked in on us regularly, though he and Monika were with family in Europe over the holiday. Truly amazing! So...I could continue to go on and on about all the details of our wonderful stay at Monika and Sergio’s home...like the hot tub and the pool and the day bed....however, I think you get the idea. This was the best rental experience I have had...hands down...and WELL worth the price point!! Our group is already talking about making this an annual trip! Thank you Monica, Sergio, Ali, and Javier! Thank you so very much for sharing your slice of heaven with us. I am afraid no place will ever live up to our experience in your home and I would not change a single thing. Happy New Year and best wishes to you and your families for a healthy and happy 2020! What an AMAZING house and experience!!!!! Monika and Sergio were sooooo very helpful and accommodating!!! They responded quickly to all my (many) questions and were very kind and pleasant! The house exceeded our expectations 1000%!!!!!! The views are espectacular!!!!!!!! The heated pool was absolutely incredible!!! The kids, as well as the adults, used it every day!!!!! We were a big group of 10 and we didn’t feel on top of each other, because the house is so spacious with so many amazing outside areas, which we all used!! And I MUST talk about Ali and Javier who prepared all our meals. They TRULY made the experience. Yes the house is SO beautiful and amazing, but their service and kindness was what made it a truly unique experience!!!!! The food they prepared was delicious!! Restaurant quality for sure! I’ve been to Valle de Bravo many times and this was the first time I didn’t want to go out to eat because the food, the service and the views at the house were just too good! Even the coffee was delicious! Ali and Javier were a big part of what made our time there so unique and special!! And last but not least the location is just perfect! We walked everywhere!! Overall we had an incredible time and we are already planning our return!!!! What an amazing long weekend we had there! Thank you Monika, Sergio, Ali, and Javier!

Service! Service! Service! We have stayed at several air bnbs throughout Mexico and this hands down was the best service we have received. From the beginning we were immediately contacted by Sergio and Monika to answer any questions we had. During our stay they contacted us as well to make sure we did not need anything. Javier and Ali were amazing. They did it all! Everything they prepared was delicious. They made us drinks by the pool and even made the kids “margaritas” as well which of course was a big hit. We were not in need of anything. All we had to do was ask and they gladly complied. The house is immaculately well maintained. From the stunning views to the wonderful outdoor space, they thought of everything. We have small children and they had a wonderful time. At night they would just hang out in the tv/game room while the adults enjoyed the outdoor area. One thing to note (which we were already told in advance) the pool is a bit on the small side. However, we all used it and had no issue. If your looking for a place to stay in Valle that is close to town and has all the amenities I highly recommend Sergio and Monica’s place.

Monika and Sergio’s home is a perfect restful hideaway that is only a short walk from the downtown square in Valle de Bravo. Our group had a lovely weekend stay and we wished it could have been longer. Ali’s breakfasts were incredible and Javier was incredibly helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Even before we arrived, Sergio and Monika reached out to answer our questions and make sure that everything was all set for our arrival. It was a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to go back.

Monika and Sergio’s home is absolutely spectacular. The amenities, the spaces, the beds and the outdoor spaces make this home in Valle de Bravo absolutely amazing. Javier and Ali cooked amazing meals, handled one of our picky eaters with ease, and made fantastic cocktails and coffee during our entire stay. The ability to easily park our two rental cars was unique, but the location of the home to the central portion of the city made it possible to leave the cars most days and just roam around. We had a 6, 5, and 3 year old in our group and they absolutely loved the house. We ventured out to see the monarch butterflies and multiple waterfalls. Javier helped arrange a sailboat for us one day. We had many adventures, but we also spent lots of time relaxing and playing around the Airbnb. We cannot express enough how wonderful our entire experience was during our stay. Do not miss out on this opportunity! We already discussed wanting to return to the same house and same city, which doesn’t happen often! Monika and Sergio - thank you, again, for being such wonderful hosts!

We had an unforgettable week! This house is a true paradise in Valle. It is perfectly located, the village is a couple of blocks away and everything is within a short walk. Ali and Javier's service is unmatched, they took care of all the details so that our stay was perfect. The food is simply spectacular. They offer daily menus and adapt to any plan, change, or craving. They buy everything fresh of the day, the season is spectacular, they take new ideas and prepare them with great pleasure! The terrace of the house has a spectacular view, the rooms are super spacious, the sound system is wonderful, the pool and the jacuzzi are delicious. Monika and Sergio were aware of us from before our arrival, they left us a gift and a welcome card and were within reach at all times. Anyway, the house is a real paradise and Ali and Javier make the stay in it even better!
