Absolutely loved our stay! Diego was great at communicating and answering any questions I had. Loved having the cook and housekeeper- that made the trip a true vacation and allowed us to relax and spend more time with the kids. The house was gorgeous, the views of the beach were amazing, and we loved the private pool as well as the main pool. The kids loved the huge waves and playing soccer on the beach. Would love to come back anytime!

Very spacious and nice, superbly decorated, the terrace is very well furnished. There were 8 of us, and we were able to spend time together in all areas. Daily cleaning. It really helps to feel the best atmosphere throughout the stay. The chefs cook very well and are very friendly. In general, the chefs and the cleaning person were very friendly. The host, Diego, helped us a lot. We have no complaints. Of course we would go back!

This is such a perfect getaway between the space in the condo, the views, the private decks and pool plus the access to the other community pools (which were always empty). Rosario kept us fed and happy and Jennifer was incredible on daily housekeeping. This area is truly a hidden gem in Mexico - which can be overrun and overdeveloped. The beach was perfect and mostly empty and the water crystal clear! We will def be returning!

The villa was amazing. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Diego/Daniela were the best hosts, Margarita is the best cook, and Careyes is one of the most relaxing places to be. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Super thankful to everyone in the community for being such great hosts.

We absolutely loved our week in Diego’s beautiful condo. The unit is incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably maintained, and it felt both comfortable and luxurious. The outdoor areas open directly onto the beach, with truly breathtaking views of the water and sunsets each evening. The beach itself stretches for miles and is perfect for long, relaxing walks. Our children (6 and 10) were in heaven. They loved their rooms, the plunge pool, the community pools, and having the beach just steps away. The grounds, pools, and gym are immaculate and so well cared for. Our favorite part of the day was enjoying Rosario’s breakfast out on the deck, overlooking the ocean. It was absolutely magical. Diego’s team truly made the stay exceptional. Rosario, the cook, and Jennifer, the housekeeper, completed the package of perfection. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We loved our week in Diego’s beautiful condo. The unit itself is spacious, beautifully furnished and well kept. The outside areas face directly onto the beach, with breathtaking views of the water and sunsets. The beach itself is over two miles long and very walkable. The grounds, pools and gym are pristine. Diego’s staff, Jennifer the housekeeper, and Rosario, the cook completed the package of perfection. We hope to come back soon.

Friends, if you are going to come to Careyes, this is the best place, incredible view of the sea🌊, you can walk to the beach🏝️ without waves and very quiet, Beach club de playa rosa that you can walk to and very good location, in the middle of all the places you can visit, we hired the food and dinner and it was excellent, very delicious, they helped us book to go to the copa del sol☀️ and were very attentive to us the whole time... we will gladly return

We loved the house, we spent a few super relaxed days and enjoyed the spectacular view. Margarita cooks delicious food and was always very attentive to everything we needed. Great place and great host.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, right on the beach with an amazing balcony and view of the beach, sunsets and whales. The food was incredible, so much variety and Rosario the chef was fabulous! The home was much bigger than we expected, over 2 levels, and plenty of space for 8 guests. Diego was an excellent communicator and so helpful. Do not hesitate to book this place! It’s fabulous!!

We had a fabulous stay at Diego's place. Everything was clean and comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Gabi is a gem and so is Javier. They are both incredibly sweet and they awesome . Gabi's cooking is delicious. Los Veneros is quiet and very peaceful. We will definitely be back!!!

Six adults stayed at this slice of heaven. The condo was exactly as described. The unit is stunning, the grounds and pools are lovely. The beach is perfect. Soft sand. Super wide, no rocks. The water was great. The property was very secure. There were few other guests. We almost had the whole development to ourselves. It got a bit more crowded as we were leaving. Chef Rosario was super. We were well fed with delicious food and she accommodated any special needs/requests we had. We always had extra and even had enough leftovers for a few nights and still did not finish everything. We knew we had to pay for food but were not prepared with enough pesos for the shops she did. Wendolin and Diego helped us as needed and were responsive. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone and would go back in a heart beat. If you dont have a car, you can uber to surrounding towns or any venture you desire.

This place was amazing. We are telling all our friends about it, but not too many ;) Everyone was very responsive and accommodating. One day, we needed transport that wasn't arranged and the team got right on it. The chef, Gabriela, was a DREAM. She was so friendly and loved our children as if they were her own and her food, was spot on. Location of the place was great, right on the beach, without the constant rotation of vendors. It's right next to the W Hotel, which is great if you want to grab food and a drink. 100% would recommend and want to go back NOW.

Our stay at Diego's apartment was spectacular. The location is unbeatable: the building is right next to the W Hotel, with access to beautiful beaches and incredible pools. The apartment is spacious, clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Diego was an excellent host: attentive and always willing to help. And a wonderful plus was Rosario, the chef, who cooks delicious food and makes every meal special. We would definitely go back!

Amazing and beautiful stay. We hired Margarita to cook for us and she was fantastic. Not only is her cooking delicious, she made us feel looked after and catered to our every need. The casita was always spotless with daily cleaning and just a 5min walk to the beach.

We had an amazing week at Los Veneros. Diego’s place was beautiful and so confortable for our family of 5. Rosario was an amazing cook; my boys ate like kings all week and loved it! And her helper Jennifer was wondefully kind. Between the private pool and the shared pool along with the coastline; we were in love. Had the best week! Bonus was the gym that my boys used daily and the spa had the best massages we have ever had! Incredible value.

Our stay at Casa Gardenia was excellent, the view is wonderful and the place is amazing, Mago cooked everything delicious and we ate delicious every day !! Daniela was always on the lookout and we were taken care of in everything we requested, thank you very much for everything ! Surely we will return to Careyes , it is a paradise!

Great apartment. It looks like the photos, very close to the beach which is very quiet, with drinks service in a small bar next to the beach and food in a restaurant next door, very close. Gaby and Javi's chef service is really good, and it makes a difference when you rent this apartment. They treated us very well, all the breakfasts and meals were delicious and they always tried to help us make our stay the best it could be!

Playa Rosa, Careyes is a paradise!!! A pleasant stay. The place is exactly as described.

We loved our stay at Casa Gardenia! The photos don’t do this place justice. The views and location truly can’t be beat. The house is spacious and each room has its own special view and en suite bath, which makes it great for families/groups and incredibly peaceful and private. This trip was extra special as we brought our 9 month old daughter to experience the magic of Careyes for her first time. The house was perfect for our family’s needs and Diego had a few baby items on hand which was so helpful. Diego and his team were incredibly responsive, kind, and hospitable. Careyes is a special place for our family and we are so happy we found this gem. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely condo. Much prettier than the pictures show. So much space and perfect for our group of 5. Any issues we had were not the fault of the owner, and we would love to stay again. Have stayed in Veneros many, many times and this was one of our favorite condos we have ever been to. Perfect for families or friends. Many bedrooms and comfortable living spaces. Close to many pools and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend a day trip to Sayulita - our kids loved that and ziplining. Diego was excellent at communicating with me as we planned this trip.

This home was absolutely stunning. We loved looking out at the view over Playa Rosa, we even spotted some whales! The photos can't capture the epic beauty of Careyes and Casitas del los Flores. The hospitality was impeccable and we had a wonderful meal prepared one night, which I definitely recommend. We are already planning our return.

This villa was probably one of the best vacations we have ever had. My group was impressed with the entire experience from the beautiful location, to the concierge service to Rosario’s delicious cooking. Every request was granted with a smile and we felt like we were in paradise. The beach was easily accessible as was the complex pools and hot tubs. The sunsets were beautiful and we could even see whales from the unit while we were eating lunch. Don’t hesitate to book this place. We can’t wait to return! It was a good 50 minutes from the airport and we used a taxi. We did go to dinner once at Si Sushi via cab we reserved from the W next door which was a very easy process. They even picked us up at the villa entrance. Perfect trip!

Beautiful and quiet. A great location to be calm, relax and connect. If you are looking for Sayulita or Tulum, this isn’t it. If you are looking for quiet luxury you’ve found your spot.

Perfect setting, villa right on the beach with pool and amenities. The cook, Rosario, and the concierge Wendolin, and the housekeeper, did an incredible job making sure we had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again!

The entire setup is great— a beachfront villa with a pool and multiple pools on the grounds — nicely heater and far less crowded than a typical resort. We had a great chef and staff. We went with the intention to explore, but the villa and grounds and staff were so great we really didn’t need to! Thanks Diego, Wendolin, Rosario and Jenifer!

Our stay at Los Veneros was lovely with beautiful white sand beach. The security and staff on the property is very good and always friendly. We like the relaxed pace of the place. This particular unit came with chef Javier and assistant Gaby who prepared breakfast and lunch as desired which was most days. They were a great feature of the rental

My stay at Veneros was incredible. The place and the beach is beautiful and excellent experience. Diego was great in everything and I can’t wait to have another vacation at the same place 100% recommended they include a chef and a concierge that helps you with everything and you really think you are living a dream

The place is stunning. The beach allows easy surfing/body boarding, but you can also go hang in the swells with toddlers. The pools are clean and calm. The whole place is tranquil past ~9 p.m. The on-site staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is properly cleaned every day, and if you have any issues, just ask. Bring Binoculars to see the whales right out your window! The meals made by Chef Rosario were phenomenal. They will run and get whatever is needed for groceries during the week including requests. The breakfast and "Lunch" (Happens at 3 pm ish) are enough food for leftovers for dinner/ evening snacks.

We love this area. It is our favorite stretch of beach, safe and fun. Being outside the gates is much better. You walk out to a fantastic beach and don’t have to play the beach chair game at some ‘club.’ Dining options next door at the W are great and the best local spot Margaritas is close. The place is fantastic and the staff is exceptional. Highly recommend.

This was a great spot for our family. Secluded with a few other properties on a nice, clean beach. Easy to access and low-key. The condo was very well kept and nice. The concierge and chef were very accommodating and helped with everything we needed. We would come back and stay here again.

Our family just spent the week at Diego's Los Veneros property and it was absolutely spectacular. We had three little kids on our trip and the ability to be steps to the pools and extremely family-friendly beach was so convenient. The grounds and facilities of Los Veneros are meticulously maintained and have everything you need and then some. The residence was beautifully decorated, spacious and perfect for our multi-generational group to spread out and enjoy. If we ever had a question or needed assistance, Diego and Wendolin were very quick to respond. The ultimate treat was having Chef Gaby and Javier cook for our family the whole week. They are so thoughtful and talented - providing options for everyone. By the end of the trip they felt like family! Having the residence cleaned daily by Jennifer was also a huge bonus - we wouldn't change a thing and cannot wait to visit again. It was perfect.

Perfect place to stay! Very responsive host and the chef, daily cleaning, and concierge always ready to arrange any requests made this unit worth the splurge. We were on a trip with other family members who stayed in another unit here at Los Veneros and our experience with Diego’s unit was far superior because of all the help.

Beautiful home with phenomenal hospitality. It's rare to have an Airbnb that comes with its own chef and cleaning help! Home was as beautiful and advertised in a very safe location. We traveled during low season so the crowds were sparse. Very nice to have the option to go to both the pool inside the house and just downstairs via the elevator to the communal pool.

This trip was amazing! We loved everything about our trip. Wendolin was very helpful arranging transportation and anything else we needed. Rosario’s food was amazing. Los Veneros is very safe and we felt right at home. The beach is right out front of the property and has very fun waves to play in. This is our first time to Diego’s, but our third time to Los Veneros and we will definitely be back again. You will love your trip to Punta mita!

This place was great for our time away to recharge. Sunsets every night were beautiful, the grounds were immaculate and we felt like we had the pools to ourselves. our chefs made amazing food and we felt well cared for.

We had a 5 night stay at Diego’s place at Los Veneros and LOVED it! We were three families with kids and it was honestly a perfect place to vacation. The pool, the access to the beach, having the chef and concierge service allowed us to take time to relax and swim instead of cooking giant meals for our group. Things to know: - withdraw MXN from PVR airport or order pesos before you leave. Atm available at W hotel or La Cruz. (Taxi, tips, paying for groceries, etc) - it is difficult to call an Uber FROM Los Veneros, but elsewhere TO los Veneros is much easier - figure out a plan for dinner: chefs service, or request concierge Wendolin to order a taxi to bring tacos etc to your door. (More time effective than taxi out to pickup) - Uber eats works sort of We chose bkfst and lunch with chef Javier and Gabi, and reimbursed them in pesos. They can also pickup groceries for you. They are the biggest highlight of the trip and made it memorable!! Thank you Diego!

Pristinely clean and well equipped vacation home for our family. The chef prepared food was such a treat, and we had ample leftovers. The kids floaties and beach toys were a great surprise. The staff were all warm and helpful. The private pool was a great size, and the public pool had a huge partially shaded shallow zone that was perfect for our young children. We'll be staying again!

My family, including my husband, parents, sister and 3 small children had a great vacation at Los Veneros Beachfront Residences in Punta da Mita. The apartment was spacious with a huge outdoor patio overlooking the pools and beach. There was lots of comfortable seating around the pools, which were very nice and not too busy. There were some minor problems with plumbing and the dishwasher continued to not work after a repair person’s visit to fix it. Otherwise, very very nice. The rental came with the services of a professional chef, which turned out to be a highlight of our vacation. The chef, Javier and his mother Gabriela asked about our food preferences. They picked up all of the groceries and spent hours in our kitchen prepping to produce incredibly delicious, fresh, artistic and more than ample dishes. They are both quite charming and professional and I would highly recommend them. We would highly recommend this stay & can’t wait to return one day soon!

This is an AMAZING place to stay - beautiful views, great value, huge, and comes with a concierge, chef, and daily cleaning. Great value!! The food was also great. It is even nicer in person than the pictures show. And the pools and nearby beach are exquisite. The only small issues we had were that they were a little stingy with towels and toilet paper, and one of the bathrooms was inconsistent with hot water, and the last night none of the bathrooms had hot water. That was pretty disappointing, but I still would stay there again 100%. I went with a group of girls for my bachelorrette and it was a fantastic trip!

My family and I had an incredible experience staying at Diego’s place. The place was beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed all the amenities and loved the chef’s that were included with our reservation. The pools were clean and private beach was amazing! All the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Diego is a great host and is very responsive with messages and questions. The chefs also were very helpful in answering any questions about local places and cooked very delicious meals for us. We just payed for the groceries and they would purchase at store and we picked different meals everyday. Honestly Veneros at Punta Mita is one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed at and would love to go back.

This was such a beautiful Airbnb for our two families! All amenities were exactly as described, Rosario the chef and Jennifer were so friendly and helpful. The pools are well maintained and the beach is so peaceful. Having the W next door was really lovely for evening happy hours with kids able to play on the beach. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back next year!

A perfect place and a top location for a super comfortable beach vacation with family and/or a group of friends. The apartment has is large, cozy, has beautiful views and decor, plus equipped with everything you ll need. It is well staffed, including with a great cook. Will come back.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING. Everything was exactly as we expected and more. Our chef, Rosario, and her helper, Pina were amazing. They communicated with us in advance and throughout our stay. All they did was above and beyond. Wendolin, our concierge on site answered every question promptly and was so friendly. Our kids all had amazing time and the adults were able to relax and enjoy the vacation.

What a fantastic place in an incredible location. We stayed here for a bit more than a week with another family and experienced a trip far beyond our expectations. From the excellent food by personal chefs Gabi and Javi to outstanding housekeeping… our trip was relaxing on a level we haven’t experienced in a long time. The house is beautifully decorated and the beach is the best I’ve been to in Mexico… being able to drop in for a meal at the W Hotel or order a margarita at their beach front bar made the overall experience perfect. There’s a great surf spot on the northern end of the beach and we were able to observe a baby sea turtle make its journey from the beach to the waves… magical.

Diego is an outstanding host. This was our second year staying in his condo, and we have nothing but great things to say. The condo is beautiful and views are outstanding. The cooking by Rosario the chef was wonderful, and a major reason we returned this year. Diego the host and Wendolin the concierge are always responsive, and provided much appreciated assistance with a few minor issues we had unrelated to the condo. Construction on a new condominium project is being undertaken at the neighboring property, but it seems to be in its late stages. Overall, we highly recommend this property and plan to return in the future.

A beautiful location right by the water! Very spacious and clean with awesome views. Gabriela and Javier were fantastic chefs and it was a pleasure getting to know them and enjoy their cooking.

Diego is a super host, despite certain difficulties with the heating of the jacuzzi, he always showed the best willingness and concern to have his guests happy.

Beautiful home, fabulous Mexican location, a great place to spend time together as a family, away from busy lives. Rosario, the chef, and Norma, the house attendant, made sure every day was excellent. Truly grateful to both of them.

We loved our stay and cannot wait to go back! We were two families of 4 (8 in total). If you're looking for a relaxing holiday this is your spot. The concierge, housekeeping, and chef were all fantastic and easy to communicate with. As well as the host, Diego! The pool was close to the beach so you could go back and forth as needed. Some FYI's international travelers, there were no ATMs nearby. You can't get UBER there on your phone but the concierge was able to hire some drivers to take us to Sayulita and into Punta Mita. We used Sayulita Luxury Transportation for airport transportation. One of the best family holidays we've had and we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place/location! Super responsive. Wendolin was amazing! She supported me and our needs 24/7! Angelica is an wonderful chef! I managed this trip for the 7 of us and Diego and his staff helped make it easier by being supportive the whole time…. Beautiful complex, white sand beach with gorgeous waters, right next to W Hotel…. The little shop onsite makes it so easy to grab last minute essentials.

The pictures depict this place perfectly. We brought our 4 kids and had more than enough room. The house was well equipped with beach towels, 2 boogie boards, sand toys, a few games. I wasn’t sure what to expect having someone there preparing breakfast and lunch but it is what made this truly a vacation!! We all loved everything Rosario prepared each day. I made no requests and let her do thing and we were spoiled! Jennifer also kept the towels and house clean each day. The resort itself is quiet and perfectly clean. There were 2 different pools we could use in addition to the one at our condo. And we usually had the beach to ourselves (maybe because of whatever biting bugs were in the sand? Not sure what they were but we all had a few bites during the week. Would recommend bringing bug spray) For dinner you can walk over to the W hotel and eat at one of their restaurants (all 3 were very good). Otherwise you could take a taxi into town. Diego was incredibly responsive with answers to our questions (usually within minutes) and a highly attentive host. Overall, this is was our favorite family beach vacation ever and are already planning to return in May. Thank you Diego, Rosario, and Jennifer!!
