The apartment is as shown in the photos. It has great views and is well located. It's easy to get there. María was attentive to us at all times. We would definitely come back.

We stayed here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish! The host went above and beyond to make our stay special, they even surprised us by setting out a birthday cake for my friend, which was such a thoughtful touch. The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. On our first night, I had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, and the host stayed up until 10 PM to help me get it sorted out, talk about dedication! When our return flight got canceled, the host was incredibly accommodating and offered to extend our stay an extra night, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

Quiet place to rest as a family. It's convenient that it has a gym, a swimming pool with a restaurant and friendly staff. Some residents are a bit noisy. The apartment is very nice and functional. Due to the location, it is necessary to have a car. Definitely a place to go back.

David's beautiful condo was just breathtaking! The views were just Amazing. We dealt with Maria and she was an angel. From having our groceries delivered, helping our transportation locate the condo, answering all our questions - she was a star! The pool was clean and comfortable and very relaxing. An Uber ride was necessary for trips to dinner and shopping as we did not have a car, but the Uber was easy enough to get. Thank you David for sharing your beautiful paradise with us and many thanks to Miss Maria.

To say we loved our stay is an understatement!! The photos do not even do it justice as to how beautiful and breathtaking the view is when you first walk in! This was the perfect place for us, we were there with our daughter who was just two months old and had my best friend and her husband fly in from Colorado and also my mother come join us for one week. We were all very comfortable in the unit and also thought we had our own privacy and there was enough space comfortably for everyone. The patio is also very generous and size which was important for me if I wasn’t able to go down to the pool because of our newborn, but still wanted to enjoy the outdoors and get the sun . We also saw the whales almost every day as they were there in season (February and March) which was so magical to witness from our balcony Our host was also amazing always super responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend . We will definitely be coming back to stay.

Great condo with absolutely amazing views. Pool area is beautiful and having a private bar with food service most days is a bonus. Easy to get a cab ($100 pesos) or bus ($12 pesos) right outside to get into La Cruz or Bucerias (less than 10 minutes). Beach access for walking somewhat limited except for low tide but shallow water and sandy bottom makes it great for ocean swimming or access for paddle boarding. Maria was exceptionally responsive and dealt with any minor issues. Definitely recommend staying in this condo at Narvel norte.

We had a great stay and this condo is everything that was advertised. We were able to take a bus from the airport to this location for 25 pesos per person, you have to catch one at the right time if you have luggage. We went between the condo, Bucerias, Nuevo Vallarta, and Puerto Vallarta daily, it is more north than I realized when booking. It takes 45 mins or so to get to Puerto Vallarta by bus, and probably 30 mins in Uber. If you are looking for a very quiet place with amazing views, this is a perfect match. We saw whales right outside our windows in the morning. The pool and man made beach area at this condo are great, but access to the actual ocean and beach are not great. You can't easily access other beaches because of rock walls. It's easy enough to grab a ride to Bucerias or any other public beach. This has everything you need, comfortable beds, hot water, purified water for drinking, lots of space, and amazing views.

Beautiful condo and we had a great time. Our group consisted of 35-75 year olds and everyone was happy with the location, privacy and limited noise. The pool was never busy and always lots of chairs and umbrellas to choose from, they also set up an afternoon bar/restaurant from 2-6pm. The condo itself is as described and even had nice touches like mini shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer and straightener, binoculars, lots of extra paper towel and toilet paper, lots of laundry supplies etc. I do recommend to rent a car as the condo is not walkable to any restaurants but is only a 5 min drive into Bucerias or La Cruz, and there is lots of available parking with a gate security guard. Maria and David were very communicative and responded to any of my messages usually within 15-20 mins. Overall, 5/5 stay and would absolutely recommend this condo.

Condo was beautiful and comfortable. Truly a home away from home! Really enjoyed that it was not crowded and very peaceful and quiet, just what I was looking for!

The pace was as described the view to the ocean was just perfect. The place was very nicely decorated and very well equipped . Absolutely beautiful condo! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had plenty of space and loved the en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The wrap around balcony was huge and so well appointed. We spent every day on the balcony enjoying the view. Everything was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. We ate lunch eat day at the restaurant at the pool. You do need a car or Uber to get to grocery store and most restaurants.
