We (a group of 5) had a great time by the ocean at the villa for a week! Angie was responsive to our requests and coordinated the van shuttle from/to the airport, chef services for 2 days and massages at the villa. The meals and the daily housekeeping services were wonderful! The villa was very clean, although the towels and living room furniture could be updated. Parasailing was within walking distance. The bus was convenient to get to shopping malls. We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing location and proximity to the beach.
The spectacular, clean, and safe place. Angie was excellent, always attentive to details, as a host I recognize the great work she does, I will recommend the place to friends and family
It was nothing short of incredible to wake up to the crashing waves and stunning blue ocean views each morning. For early risers, a beautiful sunrise awaits as well. We walked along the main boulevard and had fun trying restaurants along the west side throughout our stay (Mayan Lounge, Dons Tacos, Mono Cafe, Chambao) Coffee/tea/shower essentials are not provided (there is hand soap) so something to keep in mind if you arrive later at night and would like to be prepared for the morning. Shuttle service was easy and convenient. Angie was quick to respond throughout the trip and easy to communicate with. Lovely experience!
Angie was an amazing host, she helped us so much with all the activities we wanted to do, restaurant reservations, the chef service (which was wonderful!) It truly felt like white glove service-she took such care to ensure we had an amazing time! We highly recommend this villa! The villa is spacious with amazing ocean views with two patios to enjoy. It was very clean w/ a daily cleaning service that leaves you with fresh towels every day. The area feels very safe. You must check in with security every time you return. There are not many restaurant choices within walking distance but we enjoyed the restaurants across the street: Pink Coconut, Xkat-Ik & Mayan Lounge. There is an Oxxo & 7-Eleven across from the villas. They have what you can expect from a gas station in the US. You must take the bus to grocery stores. -I recommend using the van service from the host for airport transportation. -The bus is cheap and comes every couple minutes. -Many taxis in front of the villas.
We absolutely loved our stay. The Villa was very clean and comfortable and a maid came every day! 🏝️ Right on the beach and very peaceful and beautiful.
The helper Angie did not communicate well at all and did not listen to concerns. I would rent again however not if the lady named Angie was involved. Example the seas were 10-15 feet high and we scheduled a yacht for Monday @1200.00. I told her it was not safe but changed our departure time. It was a 5 hour trip to an island as well as some snorkeling. We got roughly 4-5 miles before the informed us the port where we were heading was closed due to rough seas. At this time the captain turned the yacht around for safety reasons and went to a cove 2 miles from our starting area to swim. Additionally Angie would change our departure time and/or location after we were at the first destination causing try to make it in no time. Our trip to the ruins included a stop at a Catholic Church and lunch which was an 8-10 hour trip. Due to running late we spent an hour at the ruins before heading back. As she changed our chef to prepare dinner early we were only able to get a little snack to go.

One of the best experiences you can have in cancun, privacy in the most beautiful location in the hotel zone right at the beach. Angie went above and beyond to make sure we’re satisfied with our experience. Would definitely stay again!
This place was a good spot on the hotel strip of Cancún. It had the beach right next to it, and although touristy, we got what we paid for. The beds were uncomfortable though.

This place was stunning. Photos do no justice. The beach on this property was also so good and so convenient to go. The owner, property manager and cleaner were all amazing and so helpful. We will for sure stay here again. Thank you for a great trip!
AMAZING! Location is wonderful. to wake up to the beach view is enough for me. the chef service was excellent. Angie is very responsive and helpful. I can't think of anything to improve on. I would definitely book again and recommend 100%
This Villa was wonderful great area, beachfront, beautiful location it was everything that we hope for the home was beautiful, spacious and very private.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing! Truly beachfront as we woke up to sounds of the waves every morning. The villa is extremely safe and adjacent to a resort. The security at the gate is very diligent. Angie, the host, was responsive and helpful. She helped coordinate our in house chef services and massages. Pro-tip -take advantage of the shuttle services. We did not and it was not the best choice. Otherwise, we felt right and home and would love to return here in the future!
Loved our stay! Took my whole family to enjoy Cancun and they truly had a blast. Easy access to the beach, just a few steps down. And let’s not forget the VIEW, truly amazing all day long!
The place was cleaner than the posted pictures and the surroundings were super beautiful!
The sea of Cancun is paradise,sunrise in front of him is the most there is no doubt about that and there is a villa. It has it. However, the villa is very old,the beds,linens,bathrooms,showers and furniture are in terrible condition, it is urgent that they at least put on new linens, they do not have to neglect a treasure like this; you are behind the hotel but you can not go through its facilities because they take you out,so you have to leave the service area.

This is our third time in Cancún and definitely the best so far! The place is great, literally steps away from the beach. Angie was very accommodating and responsive, and introduced us to amazing chef Augustin! His Tikin Xic fish is out of this world!
The place is in a spectacular, private location, very nice facilities, beachfront with immediate access, the hotel area and living area during the day and at night is very accessible and close. It is a spectacular place to spend a nice vacation with family and friends. I congratulate the cleaning service and all the availability to have a phenomenal time. Thank you.
We had a great 4 night stay at this beautiful home. My girlfriends and I Loved the view most of all. We also really appreciated the communication from Angie and the housekeeping by Inez. We had chef Augustine one night, this was a first for all of us and it was fantastic including the birthday cake. This house is well equipped and should we return to Cancun we would definitely return!
Amazing vacation! Beautiful views from this wonderful home right on the beach. Absolutely recommend the chef. He prepared two meals for us and both were off the charts delicious. Angie was extremely helpful with instructions and recommendations. We had a couples massage which was also amazing. We can't say enough about our vacation - 5 stars all the way! We would definitely stay there again!
Our party was made up of 5 adults & 1 infant. Pros: Beautiful beach style property in the perfect location. Great family space. Cleaner included, who also washed clothes on request (provide tip). Very secure. Regular bus service runs from out front for only 12MXN pp (75c or 60p). Brings you up & down the hotel zone so you can easily get to shops, restaurants, excursions. Availability of private chef which we hired for lunch & dinner on one of our days. This is 140 USD + cost of groceries (130 USD for our 2 meals) + tip. Food was excellent. Comms with the host was exceptional. We travelled around the Yucatan Peninsula for 10 days before finishing here & she arranged to pick us up at the car rental agency & also drop off to the airport. Everything seamless. Cons: You don't have access to the resort pool or restaurants. You can, however, get a day pass for the Emporio Hotel pool next door for 750MXN pp with 450MXN of this reimbursed through purchases at bar/restaurant. 100% recommend.
Can’t find a more scenic spot for a family on the beach in Cancún! Great location with views on 3 levels, easy beach access, and safe location. Would recommend and will be back.
Very spacious. Love the balconies on all 3 levels. Great communication with the host; answered all calls and requests in a timely manner. Maid service greatly appreciated and the chef was the very BEST! Cant wait to return.
We as a family absolutely loved our stay there. Fana and Angie were prompt in service. I appreciate that. It makes my life easy being on vacation. I highly recommend hiring the private chef for the day to taste authentic Mexican cuisine. He made everything from scratch, very professional and sweet. Norma, the housekeeper was also very sweet. We had a group of 8 and we all had a fantastic time. The location was just perfect, the house was clean and the Chef service was better than we expected. Angie was a great host, and helped with the transportation and setting up our Chef service. This allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. Thank you for making our getaway comfortable, relaxing and truly wonderful.

This was an overall great experience! The BEST part of this villa was the communication we had with Angie and Fana. Angie responded immediately to all of our questions we had. They both helped us with so many things (booking our private chef, booking excursions, help with how to get places, etc). Every day we received top notch cleaning services. Our private chef Augustine was above and beyond anything we expected - the food he prepared at our request was better than anything we had in all of the restaurants we tried (and those were great too). The only thing I can say bad about this villa is that it is tied to the Omni resort which is an all inclusive so you can not chill at the pool and bar there or any restaurants - but the host was very transparent about this with me when I booked my stay. Just something to think about b4 you book. I DO Highly recommend this villa. The location is amazing and the staff is even better!!
Amazing accommodations right on the beach with a beautiful view and still enough privacy from the beach to feel like we were not caught up in the commotion of the beach crowd.
Wow just wow! The best, most catered to property I have lived in. Fronting the beach, all mornings and nights were lit! The chef is amazing and what a way to start the vacation! (word of advice "no meat" does not include chicken or seafood. Be v. specific if you are vegetarian) the salsa and guacamole he made were the best and I ate those everyday of my 10 day trip. and the hibiscus drink was lit as well. Plus he leaves all ingredients he didn't use behind so we could use them for the rest of the trip. The water refill everyday is a cool plus to have and the wonderful support offered by our site manager Angie and Fana was essential. They were our go to translators! The person who touched all our hearts was the lovely Norma - the homecleaner. Everyday with a smile and a song she fixed our messes (which we tried our best not to make!) Took in laundry from us and returned cleaned, sorted, folded clothes in our rooms. Sitting out on the patio or the three balconies or leaping in the ocean in 30 seconds. No second thoughts on this one!
Excellent location in Cancun in the hotel zone, just at the bank of golden sand beach. Amazing sea view to enjoy sunrises from all 3 floors. Very clean and decorated with a great taste villa, fulky equipped kitchen, a lot of space, very comfortable beds. The villa was cleaned every day, which is a big advantage. Excellent service and hyper care from Valerie and her team. Minimarket, taxi and bus stop, big restaurant is just 3 mins walk. HIGHLY recommend, specially to the families with kids.
Awesome vacation rental, right next to the beach, great views, all the equipment that would be required for the beach also. Only issue is when coming back into the hotel, the security guard station was a two-eight min wait for them to check to make sure your supposed to be there. All around the place was awesome and a fully recommend it for any extended family as there are three full bedrooms along with two pull out beds on the bottom floor for two kids. Great views from all three floors, the back bedroom on the second floor does not have a view as it faces the street instead of the beach.
Property is really nicely maintained and clean. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels making it easy to enjoy the beach. Property managers Fana and Angie are great and helped out a ton with all the trips we took. When there was a glitch, Angie took charge helping out and sorted the activity for another day. However, Chef Martin is the highlight of our stay. We booked him all day and after the first day, we extended his chef services for the rest of our visit. The food is fresh and amazing. Much better than any all inclusive ever could. He made us drinks and deserts as well. Highly recommend this property and will book it next year as well.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. Everything was so nice. We had the beach right at our doorstep. It’s better than the pictures. We will definitely be staying here again. I have to say that I love the cleaning crew as we always came back to a spotless villa.
This villa is incredible! Walking in you immediately see the bright, blue ocean through the sliding patio doors. We had 7 people in our party and we didn’t feel cramped - there was plenty of space for all of us. It’s also in perfect walking distance to the pool and the beach. My favorite part was lying on one of the 3 patios under the moonlight and listening to the waves. My family’s favorite part was the chef service! Martin made dinner for us each evening and we looked forward to it everyday. Everything, including the salad dressing, was made fresh (from scratch) - it was delicious! Angie and Fana stayed in constant communication - answered all of our questions and helped us make other arrangements. Exceptional service from the whole team. We’ll definitely be back!!
The place looks exactly like the pictures very accurately represented, the location is second to none. And overall an awesome experience, highly recommended, we will book again soon !
I traveled to Cancun with 4 of my cousins for my bday and we were blown away with how beautiful our Villa was! Full kitchen, dining table for six and plenty of space for larger groups. The view from the upstairs master & 3rd floor room was amazing! The villa was beautiful (one of the few places that may actually look better in person than on pictures), it was sparkling clean with daily visits from the wonderful Martha! The location was a short drive to anywhere in the city and the bus stop in the front of the property was very convenient and only 12 pesos! Fana & Angie took great care of us! The communication prior to arriving was paramount! Any all questions returned promptly! They arranged for pick up and drop off to the airport and met us at the property to give us the deets on the Villa & surrounding area. The beach, pool & jacuzzi is literally steps away from our patio where we spent most of our time when at the Villa. The location was awesome with 2 convenience stores in walking distance. Although I loved the Villa...Fana & Angie made the vacation a smooth memorable experience. They arranged a private Chef MARTIN!! He made an Ah-Mazing birthday breakfast and a delicious dinner on our last night. They took care of our excursions, transportation and arranged for us to have massages outside overlooking the beach! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for beautiful beachfront accommodations!
The Villa is very accurately portrayed in all the pictures (if anything, it's better than we expected!). As others have said, you have access to resort (pools), and the beach is steps away. We loved the grass area out back. The rooms are spacious and the property manager was extremely communicative. We had a wonderful time, no complaints from us!
Pros: As far as location, the place is great. It's steps away from the beach and this particular zone was not super busy. The pools and hot tubs are great. The condo is very clean, and the resort itself seems very safe. There is a bus that passes right in front of the condo that will take you five minutes up the road to the nightlife and main Cancun strip for very cheap. Overall that aspect of the condo was great. The cleaning lady is very thorough and stops by every day. Martha was the person in charge of helping us. She was very helpful as well. Cons: What I did not love was the vibe of the condo itself. It is very dated and throughout the day there is an awful sewer smell. The hot water did not work, we had to take cold showers during our entire stay. I did not like that we were not allowed to use the washer and dryer as for us that is a must when you are at the beach. In summary the service and location were great, but the place itself was not worth it. We would not stay here again.

Hi Vanessa, Thank you for your review. We are very displeased to hear about the foul odor you had to endure during your stay. After reading your review, we immediately contacted the maintenance team at the adjacent OMNI Resort. We learned that there was a severe backup in the pipes in the general area. Additionally, several other villas were also affected at the same time. We deeply regret the unfortunate timing. We value the best possible experience for all of our guests while vacationing at our beachside villa. We have carefully vetted the most qualified staff to assist in this regard. It is stated and encouraged that you utilize this benefit to enhance the quality of your stay. Communication with them is the key to this process. Nobody likes a cold shower and if our on-site manager would have been contacted, he would have apologized for the current plumbing project and recommend that you run the shower for 5 minutes in order to get to the warm water. Similarly, the housekeeper has many roles in the upkeep of the villa as well as to keep our guests happy. Guest laundry is a common request for her, and she is all too happy to oblige. We went through 3 washers and dryers one year when we allowed guests to do their own laundry due to the inevitable amount of sand. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our guests have enjoyed our beach villa for years. The views and the location of this particular villa are unmatched. Sure, it may be a bit outdated but, all the pictures posted on the site give it a very accurate representation. We feel your 3-star review may have been a little harsh but we understand that a lot of your displeasure was based on the unfortunate timing of the nearby plumbing project. We hope that you reconsider joining us again in the future now that this issue has been resolved.
Our six-night stay at Valerie's Villa was amazing. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. There was a security guard station that interviews all vehicles traveling to both the hotel and villas. The villa is perfectly located steps away from the beach. In fact, the outdoor patio and the balcony from the master bedroom are arguably closer to the beach than any other villa or hotel room at the OMNI. Walk out the sliding glass door, across ~20 feet of grass, down the stairs/ramp between the OMNI hotel pool and beachfront bar + jacuzzis, and you are on the beach in under 60 seconds. The villa is at ~15 feet* above sea level and the beach - which was great since we didn't hear conversations from other guests at the OMNI beachfront bar and jacuzzis. All rooms met our group's expectations: - Master bedroom (2nd floor) had two twin* beds that are pushed together but was very comfortable. AC unit was effective at all temperatures. Clean bathroom with a powerful shower. UNBEATABLE view from the balcony. Larger TV here than in living room. FWIW I brought my full WFH set-up (two monitors, keyboard, webcam, etc.), set up a command center with the existing table and chair, and was pleased the WiFi from the master bedroom was sufficient for simultaneous zoom videocalls calls and remote access into my office server based in NYC. - 2nd bedroom (2nd floor, facing away from beach towards the hotel and villa parking lot) had two full* beds. Positive reviews from my mid-60s father-in-law. Quiet and ~20 feet away from the Master bedroom on the other side of the 2nd floor. No balcony from this room. WiFi reached this room well too. - 3rd bedroom (top floor) was a quaint oasis. Stairs to get to the 3rd floor seemed slightly steeper than from 1st to 2nd but I might be wrong. One full* size bed with a cute bathroom and full shower (reportedly less water pressure than the shower in the master bedroom). Best part is the amazing private rooftop balcony. Sister joked that she was a princess up in a castle. Only criticism is WiFi didn't really reach this room. However, I'm sure Valerie or Fana could fix this before your stay if you ask (assuming you care). Kitchen was exactly as advertised. Appliances work well, no dishwasher, and the laundry machine is hidden behind a closet door...which we never used but the cleaning staff used it daily for towels and linens. The large water cooler was replaced as needed during our stay. It was great having this bottled water at all times. We hired a chef for one day and he cooked us three amazing meals here. The cost of the chef was very reasonable (service charge + cost of groceries) and so worth it. We would have hired the chef for additional days if we were not busy trying so many fun restaurants in Cancun. Nice glass dining room table that would seat 8-people comfortably. Half bathroom on the right when you enter the villa. Living room had seating for at least 6-8* people. Smart TV worked well but was slightly smaller than the TV in the master bedroom. We enjoyed a free movie on n-e-t-f-l-i-x. Multipurpose gameboard was a pleasant surprise too. There are two hidden, separate, twin* size murphy beds that fold down from the all-in-one wooden TV stand / bookshelf on each side of the TV. The beds are probably separated by ~3-4 feet. We didn't try them. We loved using the pools and beach. It was easy to bring our own beverages in plastic cups. There were always taxis waiting outside the hotel (or very close by) to drive us into town. It was super convenient to schedule our COVID-19 test at the OMNI one day prior to departing. Finally, Fana (the villa's property manager) was AMAZING. I assume he helps manage several other villas too. Fana (and his team) responded to my text messages within seconds or minutes both before and after our stay. Fana coordinated our chef and his team was readily available to help schedule transportation and activities. As over-described above...it was important for me to "WFH" from the villa seamlessly...Fana (after my request) was kind enough to send me an iphone screenshot of a WiFi-speed-test within hours of booking the villa. He was very friendly and extremely professional. We would definitely come back. Valerie's villa was perfect for our six-night family vacation.
My stay here was great - the concierge at the main hotel led us down to the villa and we walked right in. The property manager helped coordinate our arrival so everything was smooth! The location of the villa itself is all the way down on the beach, and the view of the water is completely unobstructed. The pools are a minute-walk away and you get a little backyard to enjoy outside your patio too. Housekeeping came by everyday to make sure the place stayed clean. Overall my trip was super relaxing and I would stay at the property again.
That was the best best experience in Cancun. Valerie's valle is better that the hotel!!! We enjoyed our 5 days so much. The view of the valle is the best in Omni hotel. And the beach is so great! Fana and Martha help us a lot and help us arrange a transportation from and to the airport. 120% recommended!
The house is wonderful, foot in the sand, close to the center, mini market in front of the condominium, impeccable cleaning, the Leticia employee is wonderful in cleaning, the kitchen utensils are very complete, the hotel complex is very nice. It was definitely the best airbnb I've stayed. The air conditioner was a problem and the owner immediately ordered a change. Congratulations Valerie and host Fana !!! The beach is wonderful, with volleyball and soccer activities, the beach chairs of the complex are well disputed in high season, but this is not a problem. Even in the winter, the weather is very hot. Fana was a great host, she helped us with everything. The kitchen chef service offered by the host is very good, we hired a Japanese dinner that was wonderful !!! All TVs have a smart TV system (roku), being able to access youtube and netflix !!! Included in the house is water, liquid soap in the bathrooms, bathrooms, toilet paper. CONGRATULATIONS to the owners, everything was impeccable, if I could suggest something it would be to improve the utensils of the kitchen and painting of the house a little. I advise renting a car to stay with more freedom in Cancun, be careful with the police, they stop for any reason and you will have a lot of problems 😂😫
Without a doubt this was the BEST Experience using Airbnb. Valerie and team really went beyond my expectations, the listing is amazing and formidable, a true jewel in front of the beach. The listing is super clean, really stylish, the view is breathtaking and the pools were incredible. The supermarket is really close, and there is a convenience store walking distance. Thank you so much for making my trip amazing and unforgettable.
This has by far been one of the best AirB&B I’ve stayed in. The location was phenomenal. The pictures do no justice to how beautiful this pace is. Its stylish and clean. The fact the the beach in a couple feet away from the villa was my favorite thing about this place. I would recommend this location to a large group.
The house is literally steps away from the sea. We are so amazed when we first arrived. We are a group of eight people and the house holds us perfectly. The chef service is so great. It is convenient and of reasonable price, and the food is delicious! Overall, we had a great experience in the house!
Absolutely perfect place. We loved every minute. The location cannot be beat. The views are wonderful. Sitting on the patio, you are basically on the beach. We would return in a minute. This checked every box!

The pictures of The Jewel are actually representative of where the villa is and what you'll be near (this was our biggest concern before arrival). Truly steps from the beach (i.e. walk out the door, walk down a set of stairs and you're on the sand), location couldn't be beat. Full access to pools at the Omni, as well. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, housekeeping was thorough. Our only complaint was that there was no grill for outdoor cooking :( However, overall this place was awesome and our group would definitely come back! The in-country manager (Louise) was incredibly responsive to emails if we had questions. Check-in/out was super easy. Highly recommend!

Valerie's place was beyond our wildest dreams - a perfect paradise! I didn't realize from photos that we were literally steps from the beach. And pools/hot tubs were all right there! The private grassy area off the front porch was also an extra perk - you could hang out there with awesome ocean view and not have to get all sandy. We were a group of 9 total, and we were very comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. We cooked all own meals, which was easy because kitchen was fully equipped. Mixed all our drinks and brought them whenever we wanted on the beach/pool areas. Super affordable! We'd love to come back someday!
This villa is inside the hotel, shortest distance to hotel pool and beach. Best location even among all the villas. 3 floors with 3.5 bathrooms, perfect for family vacation. I will def come back to this villa next time when I visit cancun!
Absolutely beautiful! Truly enjoyed our stay. Manager and housekeeping were very quick to ensure we had a great stay. Nicely equipped kitchen so you can cook a little to help save a little... lots of restaurants in the area. Definitely hope we make it back!
Valerie’s place is just in the right location only few steps from the beach! The house is well equipped with all the necessary things to host a large family. The views are amazing! I would definitely stay here and also will recommend it to my friends
Woke up every morning to spectacular ocean views from the bedroom balcony. Long stretches of white sand and clear blue seas, great for swimming and very clean. Villa is perfect and housed 7 of us very comfortably. Plenty of hairdryers, towels, beach towels, shower cream and all the water we needed for our stay. Really thoughtful touches and great tips from our hosts Louise & Ray on eating out. Very safe area and everyone really friendly. Can’t waut to return.
My friends and I, we had a great stay in Valerie's house!, the house is very nice and with an amazing view!!!. Everything is very clean, equipped and with everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Communication was excellent and all expectations were met. I would definitely recommend her place and come back another time!
