Wonderful stay in sayulita for our family of 6. Casa Chloe was the perfect place with spacious bedrooms and common areas, incredible terrace with spectacular views of the ocean and tucked away from busy downtown area but easily walkable. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch - filled with nuts, chips, beer, tequila, cookies! Kris and Jenna are awesome hosts answering every question, providing excellent recommendations and being very responsive. We rented a golf cart but barely used it as everything was nearby - used cart to get to Playa Carricitos for beautiful sunset. Hiked to Playa Malpaso though wished we kept going into San Pancho (next time!). Enjoyed the less crowded Playa los Muertos which is a short 10-min walk from Casa Chloe. Also had a great time paddle-boarding and kayaking. Will visit Sayulita and Casa Chloe again!

Casa Chloe is absolutely wonderful! Our family of 4 loved every minute of our time there. The location is fantastic - views from the balcony and the pool were amazing. You can walk everywhere - beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Kris and Jenna were amazing hosts. They assisted in getting transportation from the airport and gave us lots of local recommendations and helped organize tours. Definitely recommend Casa Chloe and we will be back!

Great host and GREAT location! Literally everything is in walking distance and if you don’t feel like walking the host can help you rent a golf cart to get around but overall you can walk. She was the best host I’ve ever had in a very long time!! 5 stars, perfect in every way really made us feel amazing.

The pictures don’t justify how stunning this place is. I’m very grateful that I spent my 30th birthday at Casa Chloe with my friends. It was a truly unique experience. You falls asleep with the sound of the wakes and wake up with an overlook view on the ocean and it’s like a dream. Matthieu was very helpful always responded. Kris, who hosted us during the stay was so helpful and lovely.

Our favorite place we have stayed in Sayulita♥️ We come a couple times a year and stay at different places, after our stay at Casa Chloe it will be hard to stay anywhere else. Location-a couple minute walk to town and right across the street from beach. Felt very safe and great location. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved having 2 bathrooms and the view was spectacular. This place is worth it!!! And the VW elevator to your room was so fun and cute!! We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and so much space for everyone to feel like we were at Home♥️ Casa Chloe is everything and more. I would book here every single time. Also, shout out to Kris who checked us in and gave us recommendations…she was so kind and a gem♥️

I’ve stayed in a few different locations in Sayulita and this is by far my favorite. You’re a little outside of the hustle and bustle but you’re steps from the beach and a short walk to town. 10/10. We couldn’t have been more pleased! Matthieu’s Casa Chloe exceeded our expectations. We loved our private terrace with the sea view and even spotted a whale! Besides the lovely, comfy condo we really appreciated the pool and its’ nicely appointed patio. The property manager Kris was very friendly and helped us by booking a restaurants, a boat tour and airport transportation. Have already told several friends about Casa Chloe!

It’s hard to put into words how exceptional our stay was. It was truly perfect. The condo is so beautiful and wonderfully appointed. It literally has EVERYTHING you need. Blow dryer? Check. Steamer? Check. Diffuser for us girly haired gals? Check. Beach chairs & umbrella? Double Check. We didn’t do any cooking, but if you wanted to, you have a fully stocked kitchen. The view is fantastic. The pool is great. The condo is in awesome location: beachfront, far enough from town to be quiet, close enough to be in the square in 3 mins. Golf cart really isn’t necessary. Great sized rooms. The room with double beds are fulls (that size between a queen and a twin), so that was great to see as we had 6 adults staying in the unit. The service (provided by Sayulita At Your Service) was out of this world. Truly exceptional all around. No notes.

It's rare that you find a vacation rental to look better than it did in the photos but that was Casa Chloe! The place is super nice, clean, well decorated and modern. We were visiting for a wedding and saw many other places that people were staying in and Casa Chloe was by far the best. The entire house being enclosed with A/C and hot water showers were such a luxury. The beds were super comfortable, showers were large and spacious, expansive closet space in the master was also great along with the little touches of there being a handheld steamer and blow dryer. The terrace overlooking the ocean was absolutely stunning, we spent a lot of time just lounging out there watching the surf. The staff that looked after us were exceptional and super attentive making our trip seamless from airport landing to departure. Oh and you can't forget the super cool funicular that was a fun convenient way to get to your floor with ocean view on the way up! We highly, highly recommend this place!!!

Casa Chloe is a beautiful space in a perfect location to explore the beautiful town of Sayulita. We had 2 young kids and grandma with us and the apartment was a perfect oasis to escape the busy little town. We barely left the pool which we had to ourselves every day and having the self contained apartment meant we could have a balance between meals out in town and cooking at home. Id only advise other families to do a big grocery shop before you get there as it is hard to get all your supplies in Sayulita. The property management team (Kris particularly) are exceptional and are there for everything you need. We had a few technical issues but Kris was there to help, responding quickly every time and coming to see us in person to make sure we were looked after. She was amazing and really elevated the whole experience. Travelling with two small kids can be daunting, but Kris made us feel safe and settled really quickly and couldn't thank her enough.

Clean, beautiful, central w/ impeccable service- perfect place to stay in Sayulita. We were 2 families w teens. Amazing hospitality team, from proactive assistance with transpo, activities, chefs, restaurant rec's to daily questions thru our stay - they were genuine and available. Great cleaning / laundry services. Condo is beautiful, modern, view of ocean, everything you need to feel at home, including filtered water options - all the kitchen stuff to cook meals and eat together. Great beds, nice bathrooms (bathrobes!), comfortable communal spaces- including a large private balcony overlooking the beach w chill area, eating area, and gas fire. Shared pool felt private. Location, perfect- steps to the beach and great restaurants, little coffee shop, beach massages, surf lessons - no crazy crowds. Easy walk into the center of town. Can be lively on the weekend with music from the town, but that's anywhere in Sayulita (they even have earplugs if you're sensitive!). This is a great spot!

Overall, excellent! One note: The third bedroom has a sliding door instead of a wall. There is a 1.5 foot gap between the top of the door and the ceiling, resulting in a complete lack of noise suppression. As soon as other people in the condo are awake and out of their rooms, the noise would wake me up. Also, as of Feb 2024, there is a loud active construction zone directly next door and they begin work at 8 or 8:30am basically every day. You can hear every hammer stroke from that room. Also, when the tram/funicular is out of service or for other reasons, people need to enter/exit through that room in order to access the staircase to enter/leave the apartment. It’s really more of an entryway room/office with a bed rather than a sealed off bedroom. It would be ideal to use that room as an entryway and/or office. That said, again, it was a lovely spot overall. Loved the pool area and incredible proximity to beach and town.

Not only is Matthieu’s place stunning, it is extremely well stocked, in a prime location, and beautifully decorated. Every morning we woke up to the sound of the ocean and beautiful weather. We were a quick walk to downtown, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Matthieu’s team is so accommodating and helpful. They booked us massages on our balcony over looking the ocean. If you are considering this airbnb do yourself a favor and book it! Thank you Matthieu for an amazing stay and experience. We will be back!!

What a magical place! Our family of 5 plus one significant other had an amazing time at Casa Chloe in Sayulita. Incredible ocean views, great location and our host was easy to communicate with and gave us the best recommendations for places to eat, activities to participate in and beaches to visit. This was seriously one of our best and stress free vacations to date. Would definitely return to this special spot! ❤️❤️❤️

This is an idyllic place to spend a few days in Sayulita. The location is magnificent, very close to downtown by foot yet in a secluded and quiet beachfront environment. This is a premium location. The apartment is luxuriously decorated with impeccable taste. The equipment is of high quality. The view is stunning. The building is recent and very well conceived. The funicular (VW bus) is really fun. The common area and pool are just one level up street level, yet completely private. We really enjoyed the terrace watching the frigate birds, the fishermen activity on the beach and walking to town. Casa Chloe's team has been very helpful and responsive from our trip preparation to our return to the Puerto Vallarta airport. Thank you Casa Chloe, we will be back!

Casa Chloe was just as advertised. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The views were amazing. We had complete privacy in our space and spent most of our time on the lovely and spacious patio. The condo was located on the south end of the bay, out of the crowded area but close enough to easily walk in to town. There were several restaurants and bars just outside Casa Chloe. Concierge was very helpful in securing airport transfers and golf cart rentals. Also had lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities. Loved Casa Chloe and hope to return again soon. 10/10!!!’

We absolutely loved our satay at casa Chloe. We immediately felt right at home. The property is a beach front property with amazing views. There was restaurants, bars, coffee and shopping all walking distance. The VW bus elevator on property was unique and fun. We always felt safe and comfortable. The apartment is very spacious and has everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We really enjoyed the Pool area after a day of walking around town. We had been to sayulita before but this is by far the best place we have stayed at. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our week at Casa Chloe! Place is even better than the pics. It was beautiful and spacious with an amazing view of the ocean. Had everything you could want, including comfy beds, cool/private patio, fully stocked kitchen (with a tequila gift waiting on us!), awesome pool and hangout area, and even some super nice snorkeling gear. Every question we had was answered promptly and with great suggestions on things to do, restaurants, etc. Kris made all of reservations for us and even arranged for a local restaurant to cook the fish for us that we caught on our fishing charter that she had also hooked us up with. Only negative is that it was a bit noisy at night, but it would not keep us from renting it again. Would give it 10 stars if we could!

Our stay at Casa Chloe was incredible, the location is perfect, super close to restaurants and town but quiet at night! (the only noise we could hear at night is the sound of the ocean!!) The place is fully stocked with everything you need and the hosts are so helpful! The pool is stunning, lots of places to lounge and hangout! The private outdoor patio space is perfect for enjoying the ocean and morning coffees! Can’t wait to come back, this is our favourite spot in Sayulita!

Your breath is taken away as you exit the VW elevator and swing open the massive door. The entire space has been carefully and beautifully designed, and Kris was available night or day to answer any questions we had. I’ll be recommending this location over and over again and can’t wait to come back!

If we could put 6 stars we would!! What a gorgeous place! We had a great time at Casa Chloé, the location is amazing and the view is marvellous. We enjoyed mornings and evenings walking on the beach without even to take our shoes with us :) And liked that the door works with a code because you dont need to take keys to go to the beach. We were warmly welcomed and the team taking care of the building is awesome. Internet was perfect, we work online and we had no problem with it. It is a beautiful place to take pictures/film videos. We recommend it! It is also very quiet, only on Saturday night there was a bit of party going on around until after midnight (we sleep early, it was coming from neighbors/street) but all other nights were super chill.

Had an amazing vacation in Sayulita and it was all made possible because of the Case Chloe team!! Feels like you’re staying at a multi-million dollar beach front villa and waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing is unbeatable. The Casa Chloe team provided the highest level of service from the second I landed in PV until my return to New York. This was my first visit in Sayulita and I can’t wait to be back!! Unit is beautifully furnished and it’s perfectly located, a short walk to downtown but still private and secluded over the water. Not to mention the infinity pool over looking the ocean. Casa Chloe is an AMAZING condominium with ocean views, impeccable interior design and location! The bath towels are plush, and the sheets are very soft! Every attention to detail has been made for guests that is truly appreciated when traveling internationally. No need to rent a car or even a golf cart as walking to town for shopping, restaurants, and beach access is just a few minute walk away! The infinity pool is hard to leave as you can see and hear the ocean without the sand! Truly the BEST of both worlds! The VW van elevator is just super cool and not something you see everywhere. Matthieu has an Amazing team of hosts to cater to every need and are super accommodating and happy to recommend the best of everything! We came with our twin daughters Chloe & Emma to celebrate their high school graduations and look forward to bringing more family & friends back again soon!

Casa Chloe was spectacular! From the location, across from the beach and walking to town; the amenities, including the pool; and the wonderful host and concierge Kris Jensen ... it was the perfect getaway for our family. The casa had everything we needed, from snorkel gear to a stocked kitchen. And Kris was SUPER helpful in booking airport transportation and local activities. We'd love the opportunity to visit again!

Fantastic place to stay! The place is not only beautiful, but the view and location it offers went above my expectations. It accommodated the six of us very well and is spacious enough to allow ancillary services to come in (balcony massages, private chef, etc). The chilled water dispenser and AC installed were a life savers with the heat. The host had great communication and was very reliable.

My family visited Casa Chloe to celebrate my mom’s birthday. 6 adults fit incredibly comfortably in the condo, and the concierge team helped us plan an exceptional trip. We arrived to a generous welcome gift and were able to do a tequila tasting, private taco chef, and massages all in the comfort of the condo. The team also coordinated all our rides to and from the airport which made things so easy! The condo itself was very well appointed, with comfy beds, clean and spacious bathrooms (one in the master and one for the two other bedrooms to share), large closets with plenty of hangers, gorgeous views of the ocean and mountains, and a kitchen with everything you need (filtered water, coffee, blender etc). The location is also prime - close to town without being in the middle of the noise and right on the water / a close walk to all the nearby beaches. We can’t wait to return to Casa Chloe and 11/10 recommend this incredible spot!! Thank you team for such a relaxing stay!

We loved our stay at Casa Chloe so much that we are planning on returning in the coming years! It fit six adults very comfortably, and we appreciated that the living room had a soft sofa instead of the traditional concrete furniture we’ve experienced at other places. The outdoor living area/balcony was our favorite. The ocean view was phenomenal! Casa Chloe was clean, modern and airy - just a great place to stay! And we definitely felt that it was important to the hosts that we were comfortable and happy. Can’t say enough good about it!

I don’t think we’ll ever stay at another place in Sayulita if Casa Chloe is available! If you are looking for a luxurious yet great value for a small group, this is it! Matthieu’s team made our trip so easy, relaxing, and memorable. It was incredibly easy to communicate with the team leading up to our trip and during our trip. They truly went above and beyond to make the whole trip seamless and really set the tone for our entire vacation. With their escort, we stopped at a grocery store on the way in which was very convenient to stock up for the week. I was celebrating my 30th birthday there and they even surprised me at the Airbnb with a delicious slice of cheesecake. We tried several of their recommendations of where to go which were all fabulous and they helped us arrange Covid testing at the house that could not have been easier. On top of their incredible hospitality, the Airbnb location cannot be beat! Everything is in walking distance and you are steps away (or an elevator away) from the beach. You can wake up to the sounds of the ocean. I could go on and on about how fabulous this Airbnb and accommodations were for us during our stay but trust that this where you want to stay!

As an Air bnb Host myself and big world traveler I would not hesitate for a second on booking this amazing unit. From the Unique VW lift that Takes you to your unit to the amazing oceans views that you walk out to on the terrace. Leave the master door wide open and sleep to the sounds of the ocean!

Wow, this was truly a trip of a lifetime! I went with my girlfriends for my 26th birthday. When we arrived, us hungry airport girls were greeted with snacks and tequila. The service of Matt's team was amazing as we were able to ask any questions that came up through Whatsapp. I was happy we took advantage of that to maximize our relaxation time. Matt, the host, had amazing food and activity recommendations. He also is on top of the Instagram game @casa_chloe_sayulita. You can tell he truly cares about sharing his beautiful place with his guests from around the world. The pictures do not do it justice, as our jaws dropped when we entered the condo after our ride on the VW bus elevator. It feels like luxury and I loved the local authenticity of it. I even noticed these items at the nicest boutiques in town - you can tell Matt supports the local businesses. The infinity ocean view visible through the massive windows is the most gorgeous view I have ever seen, and I have visited many tropical destinations. Thank you Matt and his team!

A one of a kind destination and Matthieu was the best host. Casa Chloe is walking distance to everything Sayulita has to offer. The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, safe/secluded, quick wifi and has wonderful amenities including an infinity pool with a beach front view and balcony. Matthieu also helped us schedule everything for our trip and were so generous to make our stay memorable and personalized for our group’s wants and needs. 11/10

Casa Chloe is by far one of the best options for accommodations in Sayulita. The building is brand new and the space is beautifully furnished and kept. The location cannot be beat as it is situated beach front and walking distance to shopping and dining. The owner has a great team to help book a massage or tequila tasting right on the balcony (we did both and highly recommend). Whether traveling with friends or with the kids for a family weekend Casa Chloe can handle it all!

STOP your search! #Trustme, if you're looking for location, views, amenities, and a luxurious Sayulita stay, this is it. I've been to Sayulita many times and fell in love with Casa Chloe. Casa Chloe is on the south side of Sayulita and about a five minute walk into town. Sleep to the nighttime waves and wake to this incredible view (from either the master bed or the terrazza). I often would return to Chloe and find myself immediately outside onto the terrazza. It's that captivating. Chloe, is a lovely, private place to work, unwind or set your soul on fire again. I promise, you won't be disappointed. Great for groups, business, or long-term stays...

Casa Chloe is an incredibly beautiful condo on the south side of Sayulita. The unit comprises the whole 3rd floor of a new 6 floor building. The unit is spacious and beautifully furnished. The terrace is extremely large and overlooks the beach below. It was wonderful that a cleaner came every second day to clean and replenish linens/towels etc. The location cannot be beat: on the beach but also a 5 minute walk to Playa de los Muertos as well a 5 minute walk to the main plaza and restaurants and shops. The property managers are extremely responsive and set you up on a WhatsApp chat for any questions, assistance etc. We will definitely return to Casa Chloe!!

Perfection!! It started with receiving all the info from the team that manages the unit. Texts about everything you would need to know. So helpful. Then a personal full tour of the unit. I have been to Sayulita many times and this exceeded everything I have experienced before. Then there is the actual space. Wow! So beautiful in the perfect location with absolutely everything you could imagine. Clean, spacious, comfortable. We never wanted to leave. Air conditioning in every room but loved leaving the giant sliding doors open to feel the ocean breeze. I really can't say enough wonderful things. I would find it hard to stay anywhere else when I return. Already looking for dates for next year.
