Everything is great for a family trip

Everything was great!! The staff's service was very good. They were present and involved in everything I needed. Overall, a very good attitude and the space was generally quite pleasant.

The hacienda is exactly as described in the app: it's large, beautiful, in good condition, pleasant, and has everything you need to feel at home. Juan Carlos's service was very friendly and excellent. My family and I were delighted with Nadia's service; she is a super friendly, attentive person, always ready to support and help during our stay. They always kept the place clean and took great care of us. It's truly a place we'd like to return to, and the whole family loved it.

Our stay to celebrate my birthday was very pleasant. The rooms, the pool—overall, everything was excellent. Naye and Mr. Juan were always attentive, as were Nadia and Chabelita, who kept everything clean and were very responsive to our needs. Looking forward to going back

Naye was always attentive at all times, from messages to ask for information to departure. Always clear in the information. The property is very nice, with large and well-kept gardens, the pool has hot water, everything is super clean, parking for 6 or 7 cars, comfortable bedrooms, we all really had a great time. Since we arrived, they were super friendly, Chabelita was very nice, always attentive to the cleanliness and everything we needed, the place was super quiet and beautiful. It was our annual meeting of veterinarians and we had a great time at the Farm. Naye and her dad were super friendly and attentive, we would surely rent there again, I give it a 10 and highly recommend it.

My family and I had a great time, the size of the property is ideal for large groups and Isabel and Nadia's service was excellent, we certainly hope to return.

The wonderful facilities, the space is quite spacious and very nice, perfect for large families, in our case we celebrated my 50th birthday with the help of uncles, cousins, nephews, all very pleased, people of all ages and for everyone it was a great experience. Nayeli's service was impeccable, as well as the people in charge of the place. I will definitely return, totally recommended. I would like to highlight a couple of easy-to-solve improvements, but I see that other users have already mentioned it before in their comments: unclog the shower drain in one of the back rooms, located behind the pool, as well as add more fans or consider putting a ceiling fan, since sleeping in the lofts is very hot.

We celebrated our wedding, and our guests and we really enjoyed it. The place is great, very nice. Mrs. Chavela and Mr. Carlos were very friendly and were always attentive.

Naye's service was excellent, always attentive to my questions, and she was also very generous. The house is very nice and Isa was always attentive. Great for large families. I recommend bringing repellent and using it all the time.

The Oaxtepec estate is an excellent place to have fun, hold an event or just to rest, the place is exactly as shown in the photos. Our trip was a family one and we all had a great time. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need, the gardens are really beautiful and very spacious, there is enough space to leave several cars and everything is private, Mrs. Chavelita was always attentive to what we needed, they are pet friendly and Juan Carlos welcomed us very well. We can't ask for anything else, we'll be happy to return 🙌🏻

The property is really beautiful! It is totally worth staying there, the bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom, climate control, sheets, towels. The house is fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything other than supplies, Mrs. Isabel's auxiliary service is unparalleled. The pool was warm but I went in November, with 4 hours of boiler it was enough to make it very pleasant. There is an OXXO supermarket nearby and a store that brings things to the house. I will definitely be back, it is a unique place and the service from the hosts is excellent. THANK YOU!

If you are looking for a house to celebrate a birthday is ideal , the house is wonderful , it has many spaces to live together and it has many bedrooms so that guests are comfortable , how much attention Mr. Juan Carlos and Nayeli will make you feel welcome and in case it were not Norma's attentions will make you care in case you require something for your guests is always attentive to everything ..The house I highly recommend it will surely return. :)

The estate is ideal for resting, relaxing. We went as a family, we took our kitten and dog, who were the happiest. Mr. Resendiz is a great host, and Maricela is super helpful, friendly, and polite. Magical small towns are still coming up, we are happy with this choice and we want to come back soon.

The house is VERY spacious, the gardens huge and very manicured and the whole family really enjoyed it. Mari's attention is second to none and Juan Carlos was always looking out for us. The house has a clean towel for each guest but I would also recommend bringing your own to have 1 for bathroom and 1 for swimming pool. The pool is kept at a good temperature by the cell system and the children enjoyed it a lot, it has option to warm up more with the boiler, in my case I would have liked to ask to heat it more to be able to get in (I'm very cold) but we decided not to ask for that extra service anymore. The dining room and chairs are plastic, at first we didn't love that detail at first but it is very comfortable since our meals were made in the garden next to the barbecue and it is very practical to move folding chairs and that the children feel wet without us worrying about that detail. SUPER RECOMMENDED this house for a vacation with friends.
