This was our second visit to San Pancho and Casita Cielo Azul made for an amazing trip. A huge reason we chose this property is the in-town property manager, Joslin. She is absolutely on top of it with recommendations, arranging transportation, and making sure you want for nothing. The house and space are just stunning. You will have what I am guessing is the largest private pool in San Pancho all to yourself, right next to a huge palapa that easily seats 12+ for dinner. Iguanas and birds are common sites. The bedrooms are exactly what you need in San Pancho: well-appointed comfortable places to cool off and rest up for the next day's fun. The kitchens are well stocked for cooking at home (not that you should with so much great food a few blocks away) and making sure you have plenty of plates and utensils if you want to serve up the Chicken Place for 10 one night (Pollos Plazola on C. Mexico). Location is unbeatable, your own private oasis in walking distance from everything.

Can't say enough about this place! The pool was perfect, the separate rooms (each with their own bathroom and A/C) were immaculate, and tasteful lights/fans/extra kitchens were everywhere you look. Every detail has been thought out, down to the place even being equipped with all the jugs of water you need for your whole stay. The hosts were beyond helpful and communicative and the location was about as perfect as it gets. We had one baby with us and we'll definitely be coming back as she gets older with more kiddos. Do yourself a favor and book in advance, because this place is incredible!

We LOVED our stay here! The pictures honestly don't do it justice, the house is gorgeous and the pool is bigger than it seems. We were so thrilled to be able to spend a few days here and would definitely come back.

We spent a week at Casa Cielo Azul and absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, well decorated, fully equipped, and has arguably the best pool in San Pancho. We were two families sharing the space and loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen. The house location is amazing, across the street from the best tacos in town and a two block walk to anything else you may want. The host was warm, welcoming, and super responsive. Would love to come back.

We celebrated our 56th anniversary with our immediate family of 10, 6 adults and 4 older kids at the Casita. The house and pool were perfect. The house is decorated in authentic Mexican style with lovely artistic pieces and decor throughout. It looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked! We were surprised with a beautiful anniversary cake in the fridge on our arrival! Joslin, the on site host provided info about events such as a turtle release and Cirque de Ninos. Any questions were answered promptly. Restaurants, the Indio grocery store, public market, and shops are all within a short walk. The beach is about 4 blocks away. Casita Ciela Azul was the perfect place for us and we will always remember our time there.

We absolutely loved our stay in San Pancho! The host thought of everything ahead of time to make our arrival and stay seamless, and arranging transportation for us was incredibly helpful. The pool and location were perfect—this beautiful, magical, quaint spot right in town feels a little like a rainforest hideaway. My husband and I enjoyed massages right next door, which was wonderful. A highlight we’ll never forget was seeing baby turtles released into the ocean—a truly magical experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Pancho.

This place is perfect ! It is beautiful, pool is heated, it has 3 separate living spaces perfect for large families with different sensibilities. Joslin is a fabulous host, helpful, communicative and offering great recommendations. She helped us get a caterer for thanksgiving and the food was amazing! It is walking distance to everything and San Pancho is my new favorite place ! I’ll definitely be back

We recently stayed for 10 days with 3 families and the space was amazing. The photos don't do it justice as it was better than expected. Joslin was an INCREDIBLE host. She was super responsive and gave us tons of recommendations and help whenever we needed it. Can't thank her enough! Few things to note (not complaints), the upstairs has AC which was super nice but also open windows which makes it a bit lounder, bring your earplugs for the local roosters. The middle floor 2 bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom. The lower floor 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms but aren't connected (inside) so keep that in mind if travelling with younger kids. Overall we would 100% come back again. The location was perfect and the pool got so much use we had 3 kids learn to swim in it! Thanks again for hosting us!

Our group of five women had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool, cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, and being surrounded by nature while exploring charming San Pancho. Our host went above and beyond with great local recommendations—restaurants, golf cart rentals, massages, a baby turtle release, and even a private chef. The house had the perfect atmosphere for our getaway (and we adored the friendly cats!). We’d definitely stay here again!

This place is magic! Perfect for a larger group with enough rooms and bathrooms that it also had a sense of personal privacy. AC worked great in each of the rooms. The pool was a dream, the space itself was beautiful and tranquil. Joslin took such good care of us, we would 100% stay again if we were so lucky!

Wonderful stay for 3 generations! Enough space for all to have privacy along with group hangout. We will be back!

Great stay! Beautiful pool

We loved San Pancho and LOVED Jill's place. Jill and Joslin were very responsive and accommodating. For a larger group--two families with young children and many guest this place was PERFECT.

This Casita was phenomenal to say the least. Gorgeous property, it felt like a private oasis, complete with adorable local kitties to greet us upon our arrival! Our entire family (7 of us/multigenerational from littles to teens to great auntie/uncle) all poured into the common spaces of the pool and huge table under the palapa. Situated just a couple of blocks from the beach, it was convenient and close to everything on the main strip. Our host, Joslin was EXTREMELY attentive and responsive. She even connected us with a local chef who prepared a scrumptious dinner of local cuisine to enhance our Christmas evening celebration. If this property is available, TAKE IT!!! You won’t be disappointed and the pictures, though beautiful, don’t even do this stunning villa justice. Thank you for everything Joslin!!!

The house was awesome. Great location and easy to get to the beach. Anything needed is walkable. Host was so kind and responded quickly. She even let us know about a baby turtle release. Super cool to watch. Thanks for the lovely time!

We loved our stay here! The outdoor living concept with multiple kitchens and the pool and bar were super cool. The families all loved the pool!! The location was nice and close to things in town and the beach but still out of it enough that it was quiet from street noise. And josslin the on site caretaker was amazing at providing recommendations and helping throughout our whole stay!

The house is just as it looks in the photos, it has a large pool and a common barbecue area that is wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is accompanied by great cleanliness. We have enjoyed a lot in the residence, close to the sea and next to many great restaurants. We would come back without thinking, thank you very much

Best stay we've had in San Pancho! - Homemade Joss welcomed us with a beautiful birthday decor for my wife, plus a delicious courtesy cake and velitas of the house for celebrating her. - The impeccable facilities, all the rooms with A/C (although the description previously said that one failed, at the time we were all were working perfectly). Super clean bathrooms, all whites and perfect kitchens. - We were accompanied by several very friendly kittens. - The pool is a delight, apparently I had a treatment with salts (instead of chlorine) in addition to always being at perfect temperature and extremely clean. - The location is more than perfect, extremely close to the main avenue and a few blocks from the beach. - The parking is direct on the bench, but we always had to find a place almost glued to the entrance (we brought three cars). In addition to being a very safe and friendly area. We will definitely be back!

BEST HOUSE IN SAN PANCHO!

We had a magic week in Jill's house. Two families of five fit perfectly without feeling like we were living on top of each other. Highly recommend this place!

There’s not enough good things I can say about this home and the hosts! The home is gorgeous and the photos don’t do it justice. The pool is wonderful and private. The view from the upstairs suite is amazing. Jill and Joslyn helped us arrange a chef and drivers for a large group of people all arriving at different times. Check and check out was a breeze. We’ll be back!

This place is a fantastic spot for large groups and absolutely charming. The hosts right off the bat were extraordinarily responsive and great with anything you need. I asked so many questions and there was never a hesitation from the hosts to respond and recommend. Joslin and Jill know many folks that can help with transportation, private chefs and recommendations around the area. They were wonderful resources to lean on and also so very kind. The home was stocked with all of the essentials. There’s three floors if you rent the entire place which includes 3 kitchen areas, plenty of restrooms, an amazing pool and outdoor area. There’s a large dining table by the pool excellent for communal meals. The first two floors have two rooms each sharing a bathroom with AC. The top floor was more like a larger studio, more privacy but no AC and open to the elements (bugs, etc.). Bring bug spray. The location was very centralized to EVERYTHING in town! Total prime location and I would return!

We had a great time at Casita Cielo Azul! We filled the house with our party of 11 which included friends and family. The kids ranged from ages 6 to 13 and loved the pool and played in it all day long - there were quite a few pool toys (floaties, etc) which was fun for everyone. The rooms were beautiful and bathrooms clean and well stocked. We LOVED the big communal table by the pool which was ideal for gathering for big group meals, games, and general hanging out. The kitchen is well stocked and the group's grill-master loved the grill. A few things to know, especially if you are coming in the hotter, humid summer months (we went in early August). As noted in the listing, the top floor (sleeps 3) is not air-conditioned and the folks staying in that room were uncomfortable in the August heat. Also, while all other bedrooms are enclosed with AC, the kitchens are open to the outside and there are no communal indoor spaces with AC. It was fine for us, but maybe not for everyone.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Jill was responsive and friendly. The experience exceeded our expectations due to the ample space, location of the home and the attention to detail that the host provided. When we arrived we were greeted with warm quesadillas and drinks with a welcome sign. Jill checked in often to ask if we needed anything or to let us know that someone would be coming to collect and wash towels. The home is well taken care of with stylish decorations. Our family of 10 felt right at home. Each of us had a room, bathroom, kitchen/utensils and a large gallon of water. The location of the home is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and many shops. There was a lot to do and see while we were there and Jill gave us recommendations for seeing the sunset (which was amazing) and a smaller kid friendly beach about 15 minutes south of San Pancho. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely return! Thanks for everything!

Jill makes you feel at home, she's an extraordinary host. A warm person at his reception, quite attentive and very respectful. The best experience I've had on the platform.

The home is beautiful, extremely centrally located and as advertised. Each room is thoughtfully curated with art and comfortably furnished. The hosts are wonderful. The kitchens are fully stocked and pool is heated and well-maintained. It is a huge space. I’d stay there again!

Loved this house and Joslin in awesome

Jill and Joslin were amazing hosts with an incredible home. The outdoor area is peaceful and beautiful with a large pool, lounge chairs, grill, and large table to gather with friends and eat. Each room was clean and styled beautifully. The kitchens were very well stocked. The local recommendations and assistance with booking activities was incredible. In addition, our son's birthday occurred when we were there and Joslin went above and beyond to help us celebrate him! Thank you! We loved the local area as well. San Pancho is incredible!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jill and Joslins place in San Pancho. They were very prompt with responding to any questions we had, helped organize our transfers to and from the airport and gave us all the tips of the local area. It's situated only a close walk from the beach and all the restaurants and bars in the town. I would definetly recommend staying here. It comfortably slept 9 of us and had all the amenities you need.

It’s perfect in every way. You’re gonna love it!

My family and I really enjoyed the location of the house! It was 9 of us total, 3 kids, 6 adults! The pool was our favorite spot to be! Overall a great home! And communication with Joslin was great too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as Casa Cielito Azul! The location was amazing - right in town but on a side street so it was quiet enough but so close to everything. The pool is gorgeous and the rooms are so comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The house exceeded all of our expectations and we would 100% stay there again on our next trip to San Pancho!

This villa met all of our needs for our family gathering. We loved the common pool area with a large dining table where we could all congregate. Great location and Joslin is very helpful and a wonderful resource. Loved it!

Jill and Joslin are the most fantastic hostess. From the moment communication started with me asking questions, to Joslin baking my daughter cookies, I couldn't have asked for more in every way for the perfect stay. And that isn't even mentioning the most amazing house (and POOL) on the best street in San Pancho. The beach is minutes away, restaurants at your doorstep, live music and did I mention that Joslin is the best? We loved the layout of the house, how we all had space, privacy and could come together and be at the grand table outside by the pool. We loved star gazing while listening to amazing live music next door. We loved so much that we can't wait to plan out next trip! Thank you J&J

Fantastic outdoor space and pool. Located right smack in town, so if you want quiet nights of sleep, look elsewhere. This isn’t the hosts fault, they are super accommodating, welcoming and helpful.

We had an amazing stay! Jill and co-host Jocylen were amazing and went above and beyond. Communication was prompt and very accommodating. The place is in a great location two blocks from the beach. Our family had a wonderful time! The only suggestion would be to put the address on the outside. Both cab drivers could not find the house. And cell phone service in the area is poor. Fortunately Jocylen was outside and we were able to find it.

Many thanks to Joslin for all her attention during our stay. The house is even nicer than what you can see in the pictures.

If you plan on visiting San Pancho Casa Cielo Azul is the perfect spot! It’s location is near the beach, church, and restaurants. Joslin was a great host providing our family with everything we needed. She was very responsive and communicated with us about all the expectations and made our experience at San Pancho truly wonderful! If you want to make your stay at San Pancho memorable then make sure it’s hosted by Joslin at Casa Bella Azul.

We were visiting for a wedding but the venue had sold out. We lucked out with this house, it was gorgeous. The pool, the rooms, the location- so much better than any of the pictures. The host was amazing and helped with everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back.

There were 7 of us staying at Casa Cielo Azul and the house was absolutely perfect! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the pool is so big and a perfect temperature. Having two full kitchens and an outdoor grill also added to our stay immensely. Excellent home to enjoy your stay in San Pancho! The house is just off the main strip and there is a bar across the street and a cervezeria a few doors up so there was live music many evenings. We enjoyed the scene and convenience of stepping inside the gate after a fun night out - highly recommended! Other notes - it is possible to swim and wave jump on the beach especially at the south end but strong swimmers only should venture out far. COVID testing is required to return to US so we easily arranged in house testing as well as walk in testing in Sayulita for a few of our group.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for our group of 11 people. The pool was large and awesome to have access to while there. The kitchen is really well stocked with whatever you may need to prepare a meal. The beds were super comfortable. The owner is very responsive and helpful with all questions. I would definitely stay here again with a big group and recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect and San Pancho is such a nice and relaxing town.

An excellent place

Our stay at Casita Cielo Azul solidly exceeded the already high expectations we had from looking at the photos — one of the rare times the place looks better than the pictures. Jaws dropped upon arrival. It's a gorgeous home, and Jill takes beautiful care of it. The location couldn't be more perfect for exploring San Pancho, with the liveliest part of town and the central beachhead just a short stroll away, past a well stocked tienda. Highlights of the trip included breakfasts under the palapa and lounging in the gorgeous pool. Thank you Jill for making our trip so special — we will be back.
