Our two families (5 kids ages 8-10) had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful place. We walked to beaches and restaurants every day, and the kids had a blast in the pool and the brand new park and playground next door. We loved getting to know the local kids who live across the street, who were beyond friendly and would show us their puppies, cats, and chickens. The Airbnb host was easy to communicate with and had great recommendations, including a private chef who was fantastic and made us delicious breakfasts. We also loved the pizza restaurant and bakery just down the street, and the lady a few doors down who makes chicken on the weekends. We loved our vacation and hope to come back!

Great stay for a group trip. The location is ideal - about a five-minute walk to the beach and perfectly situated between the more touristy area (just a few blocks away) and the more local, authentic feel of Punta de Mita. There’s also a nice park right beside the house, plus a couple of corner stores and taco spots within easy walking distance. The home itself is very well set up for families. We had three families with two kids and it worked perfectly. The pool was a standout - nice and deep and a great hangout spot - and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including basic ingredients like spices. The local property manager was also very responsive and easy to work with. Thoughtful extras like pool toys and boogie boards made the stay even better. Overall, a comfortable, well-located place that’s ideal for groups.

We loved this place!! Very comfortable for 8 people. Beds were comfy. Having three bathrooms is convenient. Hot water and good pressure. The pool was clean and good temp in Feb. It was easy to walk places for food and tours and shopping. Beach was good for swimming. View from terrace was wonderful. We had a rental car and explored nearby beaches and towns. The town itself was great for us. At this point it’s not as built up or overly crowded/ touristy and we were able to have a real Mexican experience while feeling safe and comfortable. There is a basketball hoop and soccer field just up the road for those who cannot live without their sports activities (like my son).

This place was perfect for our two families! Safe and secure. Clean Kitchen that had everything you needed. Every room had AC (imperative for us Alaskans!) Lots of kid toys for the pool as well as the beach. Beach’s essentials like an umbrella and chairs. The way upstairs was dreamy with the hammock. The bakery a block away was next level delicious! Grocery store a 5 min walk away, beach 5 mins away, restaurants 5 mins away. No need for a rental car! The host and co-host were responsive and helpful for anything we needed! 5/5 highly recommend! If we get the chance we would love to come back!

Booked this home for my husband and his buddies for a surf vacation and they were very happy with the accommodations and location. My husband said he wants to go back and stay again. Thank you Ale and Rain!

The stay was good, it has everything, even in the kitchen there are all kinds of cooking utensils, the refrigerator is super spacious, the pool is super clean, the beds are impeccable, the air conditioning is super good. Several things to take to the beach, table chairs, the pool had two inflatable mattress type things. Everything you need to feel at home, the beach is super close and several places to shop around. Excellent.

The location is inconvenient for going to the beach. It is not pleasant. The entrance is dirty and unpleasant And a lot of stray cats enter the house, and in my case, it's very unpleasant since I'm allergic to those animals

A very complete house, it has everything you could need, clean with heated pool, has details in every corner and the communication with the host was 10 of 10, beautiful beaches very close by and several food options we would 👌🏽✨definitely return.

What a great house! We were two families with a total of 5 kids and this place was perfect. Ale the host was amazing and very responsive and friendly. She helped with lots of recommendations.

This rental was perfect for our long getaway weekend with 5 people. The space had everything we needed. We loved the heated pool and top veranda for hanging out. The location is excellent and very close to town for walking. There is an active construction site next door so the house is noisy during the day with building and the upstairs studio is very loud at night as well with dogs, kids and rooster noises. The property manager was wonderful, very responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

We have been to Punta de Mita several times, many at a resort. We had our whole family with us and this was perfect. The grandkids were in the pool first thing in the mornings and after a day at the beach and dinner took another swim. We loved that the pool was heated. Alejandra our host was amazing. Helped book everything, even a photography session. The Owner was flexible and easy to communicate with. We loved being right in the mix of the local neighborhood. We walked to many things and also felt our cars were safe. We did workouts up on the upper patio every morning! Great place.

We all thought that Rain's place was perfect for our family of 8. We loved the private pool and the roof top patio was also a big hit. It is located exactly as described and only a few short minutes from a beautiful beach and local shops. If returning to the area we would definitely happily rent again.

The apartment is clean and with all the amenities to share as a family. Quiet and the pool and barbecue are perfect for all activities inside the apartment. Enough pots and other additions such as coffee, salt, spices. Access to shops to buy food products

This place was amazing. Exactly what the photos looked like. Our favorite part was the pool where we spent the most time. We will try and be back. Everything was very clean and well stocked.

Great space, perfect for two families of 4. Kitchen is well stocked, pool is lovely, rooftop patios were awesome too. Lots of very good food close by as well.

We had a group of 5 friends that enjoyed this house for a week! It was great. Lots of space to spread out so that we felt like we all had our own space. Pool was wonderful. The upstairs apartment was a very nice feature. The Rooftop hangout got a lot of nighttime conversation while we watched the sunset or sometimes early morning coffee time. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next trip back to Punta de Mita.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as described and there was no lack of anything. Alejandra was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the rooftop and short walk to the beach, or a short drive to other lovely beaches.

We had such a fun stay here! We surfed every day on our trip and this was the perfect home base with the ability to walk to the beach in town or drive 5 mins to other surf breaks. We loved the space both inside and outside. The pool was nice to have during the heat of the day. The rooftop patio was beautiful for morning coffees watching the sunrise or evening cervezas watching the sunset. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals at home. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean, making it easy to feel at home. Bonus was the laundry machines. We felt extremely safe in this location with the ability to walk to dinner or the beach. And the roosters are the perfect walk up call in the morning! Would recommend this space especially for larger groups of 6-8, there were only 4 of us so we didn’t make use of all the rooms however it is spacious and would feel comfortable with a larger group.

Very nice well equipped home close to the Main Street in Punta de Mita. Pool was great place to relax.

Place was really like an oasis! Not too far from the beach and restaurants. Swimming pool was perfect for days when waves were too much to handle. Place itself was nice and had everything we needed: stocked with drinks and all the basics. Neighborhood noise was pretty intense, mostly roosters at night and neighbors playing loud music… good thing the listing warned about this so we brought some ear plugs that did the trick for us. For food and restaurants the place is walkable to extremes: fairly expensive places close to the beach, and “hole in the wall” type of places outside. It was our first time in Punta De Mita, and a car was probably needed to do grocery shopping as there is not much around there. Overall I still very much recommend the place and the area. It’s beautiful views without the party crowd

We had a great time. Felt part of the town, with a lively fun neighborhood and short walk to everything. House had everything we needed. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house with kitchen and living area, and upstairs a private suite with kitchenette,bathroom and bed. Just perfect, I took that room 🥳 Salt water pool, laundry, towels, kitchen appliances and gadgets, air conditioning in every room and roof top sunset deck. Two forty something daughters and our two Mom’s had space to ourselves and to relax. Taco stands on every street and great pizza a few doors down. The Mita we remember. We weren’t looking for a resort we wanted chickens and tacos and music loving Mexico, this was all we got and wanted. Gracias Carlos for getting us in on such short notice.

Very nice place and pool

Stayed in this home for a week while on a surf trip to Punta Mita and it was fantastic. The A/C inside was absolutely incredible. Always nice and cool after coming inside from a hot day. On top of that, the hosts were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would certainly recommend a stay here.

The house is excellent, the area is missing places to eat, dine. Neighbors have chickens and roosters so early they're making noise.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at Casa Punta de Mita. We were among the first to book it & Carlos & his crew did a ridiculously beautiful job of tricking out this place. We were in pursuit of some serious R&R with a beach and surfing and the casa delivered. Punta de Mita is a small town so it's (mostly) quite peaceful. (There are occasional parties & music going on, some construction noise here & there but it's not an issue at all.) The overall vibe of the place is beautiful, open and relaxing. The front patio is a great place to hang out. Even better is the rooftop deck that has 360 degree view with yoga mats and hammocks. We had breakfast there each morning after doing some sun salutations. Later in the day after surfing, exploring other towns, doing a whale watch, coming back and getting into the SALT WATER HEATED POOL was beyond relaxing. We were well taken care of by Cirro the on sight mgr. There's an entire separate apartment 2nd floor! Bring your whole fam!

We enjoyed our stay very much, Ximena and Carlos' service was very good, always attentive to us; the house's facilities are excellent, just as advertised. One advantage is the proximity to restaurants and the beach so you can do different activities. Definitely recommend!
